Daerhel i am exactly the same, we only bought the big things, but now i have to curb myself,

simone mine comes and goes so when i can eat i eat like im starving, but still lost a kilo in the month between my doc visits.

are any of you ladies suffering from swollen feet yet? mine started this weekend and because i broke my right foot in my teens i tend to take the pressure off my right foot now my left foot hurts so bad its to the point where i cant walk on it at night,

Wishing so bad we could start buying some of the big stuff, but with fiance having been retrenched we have to wait a bit.
We also really want to be sure of the gender before we start serious buying!

Personally I've never had morning sickness and this is my 3rd pregnancy, so I can't even say I know how you feel. It must really be terrible. It should start easing off soon tho. Holding thumbs for you!

Prenessa, hoping your cramps aren't too unbearable. I have some now and then, especially if I sneeze!! haha! Some cramping is normal. Everything has to move around to make room for baba...

I can't wait for a baby shower, even tho it's ages away! We just had one for a colleague here at work, and I was just so emotional looking at all the tiny baby clothes! Enjoy the attention Ayesha!

As for baby moving. I can definitely feel little one now. Just a little during the day, but when I get home.. My word, I just know this is gonna be a Daddy's boy or girl! Soon as my fiance says Hi, it's like this rascal just has wake up and squirm! He or she really loves the sound of daddy's voice.

I think a twin pram is an excellent idea!

With my 2nd pregnancy I felt movement much earlier.... I'm too embarrassed to say as it seems impossible...but around 10 weeks I felt the flutters!

Bellyh glad your scan was good. holding thumbs for next time to see the gender.

yes, cramps are normal - i had hectic cramping with my 1st pregnancy the entire pregnancy through.

Ayesha, enjoy all the attention en baby shower planning and shopping.
i'm a bit clueless, i want to shop till i drop for this baby, but i have absolutely everything, seeing that my baby is now only 10 months old. i'll see how things go, but i'm considering to get a twin pram, to make going out easier with 2 babies.

simone, big hug to you with all that sickness it must just be terrible. really hope those pills start working a bit better.

angie, enjoy that feeling, with my first, i only started to feel his little movements at 20 weeks. definitely starting to feel this one now and i'm loving it.

Ctelly, enjoy capetown. and be glad that you skipped the MS - and may the rest of your pregnancy be just as easy.

Angie I'm not sure. With my first I only felt flutters from 19 weeks.

I do from time to time think I feel something now and again, but it's too high up, so it may be in my head. lol.

Are you thin? It could be....some people do say they feel earlier than others.

Hi everyone.. seems like a lot of you have the bad side of pregnancy with feeling sick and nauseas. I'm so blessed with non of the extremely bad symptoms. Hope you all feel better soon though!
I also felt some movement but I'm not sure if it's all in the mind.. according to the book I'm reading I'll be able to feel small movements from 15 weeks (so next week). I'm off to Cape Town on Saturday. So will be even extra quiet - will read all the chats when I come back on 2 March. Goodluck with the road ahead.. hopefully you feel better ASAP

This is my first baby so it's all very new to me! Am I imagining this or is it really my baby moving??
