Hello Ladies,
Berry, sorry you couldn't see the gender, that would drive me nuts! With our first we found out at 17 weeks and already that felt like an eternity. Try having half a Coke before your next visit, so baby can be nice and active. It worked for me. Glad to hear baby is growing nicely though, that's all that matters.
Vendah, I also only felt movement with my first around 20 weeks. Back then it was like a bubbling sensation and not real kicks at first. I think 2nd time moms are much more aware of what movement feels like, and we can distinguish between baby and perhaps gassy or bowel movements (which can feel similar). This baby gave me a proper kick at 17 weeks (ok, it was more like a subtle knock rather than a kick), but I knew what it was immediately and it's only gotten stronger from there.
As for me, I hate being pregnant. It's getting better, but I'm not doing this again. I discussed the sterilisation with the doctor, the reason why I'm leaning this way is that I'm having a C-section anyway. They do it at the same time, before closing the C-section. So it's not like I'll need an extra operation, or that I'll even feel any more/extra pain.
The other option is to go back and have a Nova-T/Mirena again, but that only lasts for a maximum of 5 years and can be very costly in the long run. Plus, the risk of pregnancy is always there.
Also, I think I felt pretty much the same way about not having more kids back in 2012 (also thought 1 was enough), I got broody and made an emotional decision for another one. Don't want to have the opportunity for that again. I also found myself clinging to baby stuff and keeping everything just "in case" we wanted another one. You accumulate so much stuff over time!
Baby Indaba/Mama Magic....definitely Mama Magic! If you can make it there on the Thursday or Friday the entrance is free (get a free ticket at any Baby City), it's also much easier to get around. Try and avoid the times when the Barney show is on, because then it's absolutely packed with moms and kids and strollers! (not judging, I'm also one those moms with the pram

)
