Hi ladies.
Sorry I've been quiet. Hope you've all had an excellent long weekend!
Berry, I had exactly the same thing at my scan 2 weeks ago. The little darling just lay there sleeping with his/ her legs tightly crossed. The poor gynae really tried to get it to move, and did some fairly hefty poking and prodding, but no luck. We go again on the 13th, so hopefully we'll be able to find out then. I can't imagine having to wait another month after that!!! A friend told me to eat some wine gums before (which I did), but we were hit by load shedding, and by the time we got to the scan I think the sugar had worn off. I'll try the Coke though!!!
I've been doing well. My tummy is growing daily, and the baby is kicking nice and hard now. In retrospect, I think I've been feeling rumbles since about 15 weeks, which I passed off as gas, since it was "too early". Now I really can feel the difference between the baby just moving (what I felt before), and the real kicks. If I have my hand on my tummy when it happens, I still get a bit of a fright.

It's a great feeling though.
No real difficulties at the moment (hope that lasts!), except for a never-ending postnasal drip (for the last 6 weeks!!), which never puts me in a good mood at the best of times. Irritating, but not the worst thing I could be experiencing!
Thank you for the heads up about Mama Magic DSK. I've also been wondering which one to go to, and I will definitely pick up my free ticket and head down on a Thrusday or Friday!
Good luck for your scan tomorrow TCS84, and I hope everybody else has a good week.
