Well it was me , the lady from the hospital only phoned me yesterday to give a confirmation number , she said her computer was not working
But am just glad that's done.

I think this weekend will go do a little shopping aswell to get pj's and all.

We went for our 26 week scan yesterday - everything is perfect and Larissa is growing perfectly and very active She's weighing in at 800g already and is laying head down already, although she might still decide to turn around again... but not concerned as I'm booked for a c-section anyway.

So yesterday we booked my bed, did the hospital admission docuents and also booked my 4D scan
Read earlier that a mommy said she didn't get any confirmation? The hospital printed out a confirmation letter for me as well as provided me with a leaflet of what I need to bring to hospital for myself, baby etc - also what's included in the courtesy hospital bag I'll be getting as well as well as what is available in the bag you can buy @ the hospital pharmacy etc.

It suddenly just got VERY real... In less than 3 months our little girl will be here!!!

Ok, so on the probiotic - as my experience as a 2nd time mom: I'm a firm believer of the benefits of probiotics. The 9strain probiotic is a must have in our monthly shopping list. Especially with me having the bladder infection during this pregnancy. Over the weekend I had a bit of an "itch", and I didn't have anything to put in/on. So I went onto WebMD and they suggested for fast relieve you can put a probiotic capsule up your vajayjay... it works faster than drinking it and waiting for it to "get down to work". Advised my gynae yesterday and was expecting her to scold me, but she was quite chuffed and said "oh, that's perfect!". And for the first time I had no blood in my urine with my routine urine test.

My daughter also has a very sensitive tummy - if she's not constipated, she gas a runn tummy... and the probiotic always helps!

I'll rather have more "good" enzymes etc than more "bad" nasty's in my gut...

As for the PJ's - I got an awesome pair of mid lenght yoga pants sleepwear from Fashion Express - the set was marked off to R100 and when I went to pay, it was marked off a further 50%! So I was etremely chuffed!!! It fits perfectly under my belly and will fit perfectly pre- and post birth.

I then also found 2 other cotton nighty sets @ Jet. It's the vest with the pedal pusher lenght stretch cotton pants - very comfy!

Also saw some nursing bra's @ Woolies and was so relieved to see they moved on from those ugly "Ouma" bra's since my LG's birth in 2009! And it wasn't even badly priced @ R250 for 2 bra's. They also have nice front fastening bra sets gor R180, which is an option for me. But will only get this a week or so prior to the birth.

@Juanita - good to hear everything is going well. I'm spending so much time daydreaming about what my lg will look like A friend of mine was complaining on FB about how it so often seems like you need to fight to have a natural birth, good to hear your doctor isn't putting pressure on you.

AFM our baby monitor just arrived and DH tested it out and is quite chuffed. @Lauz - have you got yours yet?

Morning, hows everyone doing and feeling?? Had a dr app yesterday, my lg was lying just right, we could see her whole face, dr even put the machine over to 4d and took a pic. so precious!! She definitely has her daddy's luscious lips. its so adorable, i am in !!!
Dr said everything looking good other than that. Date still 23 October but he will make sure my cervix is ripe before doing induction, which i am so pleased with. just makes me feel like he does have my best interest at heart and not just pushing for a c-sec.

Have such mixed emotions today! Only had a couple of able people who i saw for interviews to fill my position. the only lady i really liked is coming in again at 10 for a 2nd interview and yesterday i was so positive about employing her but today my feelings and thoughts are all over the place. now im doubting myself, shouldnt i just search a little longer?? i need someone to start in 2 weeks time! AARGH this is one of those times i need someone to tell me, stop doubting yourself, you're doing the right thing or slap me and say, what are you thinking!!
