Bronz I'm considering starting lo on food as from 5 months, and want to try puree and blw at the same time, gonna get the blw book this weekend. I'm so excited I would love to start her now, but why rush it, also she is doing so well on milk, and honestly I don't think she is ready.
What are your plans in terms of weaning?

Btw are you ladies sleeping. Through yet? Clair Bear wakes up for one night feed now, will sleep from six or seven and wake up anytime from 12 to 4 am then awake again at seven.

Hey Ladies

@Babyshoes Happy Belated Birthday. The group is still there?

@Vash: Congrats on the dedication. And believe a happy mommy makes a happy baby :).

@Shazz: I think that is a great idea, we can all see what our LO can do so far and see what is coming soon. Graeme laughed for the first time the other day, he laughs every now and then still is not all the time.

Ok so what G can /cant do:
- He can pull himself up using your hands and stay up, well balanced with a straight back.
- He can grab a toy and can almost take to his mouth ( some times he manages.)
- Graeme is also biting down on anything that goes near his mouth. Maybe they teething?
-He still is not overly fond of the dummy / bottle.
- No solids yet.
-He is a real little charmer, he smiles at complete strangers. But heaven forbid they want to hold him. He does not cry but he get very upset.
- He is not a big talker, but he does. (What are your LO's "Saying"?)

When will you mommies start solids and what solids will you start?

hey ladies,

Cant believe my lo is almost 4 months in three days time!

thought i would add a few things about her development so i know if this is odd behavior or if we are all going through the same thing...

She mouths everything and bites hard on my fingers and hard on hers too, sometimes she even cries if she bites down to hard on her fingers.

Smiles smiles smiles! although only got my first giggle the other day and nothing since :(

Battling to fall asleep at times, nap time and bed time sometimes is a fight even though she is tired, but i heard they go through a huge developmental stage at this time. it seems as if she cant shut down, or too scared to miss anything.

Bath time is a hoot! but growing out her bath support.

She is about 6.5kgs! wow no wonder my arms are sore, she is always wanting to be picked up.

no solids as yet, only a few tastes of this and that!

can sit for 10sec the other day not supported!

Well ladies, whats your lo' up too???

Hey Vash.

These babies are getting so big nowadays, It seems like yesterday when we were chatting on the pampers forum and giving updates on our monthly check-ups.

Tay is well on with her Rice cereal, even eating purity already.
Shooo, she is getting so big...

I hope all you mommies are doing well and your babies are okay.

Hi mommies. How is everyone? I tried posting many times last week but it wasn't going through. We had Liam's dedication yesterday and he had the whole church going 'awe' because he kept laughing and smiling the entire time. People were telling us that they have never seen such a happy baby. We also took him for his 14 week shots last week and they are still out of the rotavirus vaccines. He weighed 6.5kg. I started him on rice cereal too. He only eats a few spoons so far but he seems to like it.
