Bronz even when he's not going through a growth spurt he still wakes up every 2 hours. If i'm lucky he'll go 3 hours before his next feed and if i'm really lucky he's made it once or twice to sleep for 5 hours. Liam is also outgrowing his 0-3 months clothes but 3-6 months is a little to long for him. He's also almost on size 4 nappies now because he has such big thighs!
Babyshoes well done on the weight gain. Liam should be around 6kg by now and i'm finding it hard to carry him for long.

Vash is Liam not going through a growth spurt? Graeme just finished his I think. He was waking up a few more times than normal - he normally wakes up at 2 and then 5 \6 but for a few days he added a few on to that.

I am adding in a formula feed a day now because I am going up to JOburg to a wedding and I wont be able to pump before. And just helping him put on a bit of extra weight.

At 10 weeks G weighed in at 5,06kgs. I am not worried any more, but was in the beginning. He is ave for weight and above for length. I have now started phasing out his 0-3 month clothes, only some still fits.

I tried the waking G up at 11 to feed in the hope he would sleep through. Hahaha. He was so tired kept on falling asleep while I was trying to feed him. And then he woke at 2. wont bother again.

Babyshoes where in CT are you?

*hand up* i'm still exclusively breastfeeding. It's gotten alot easier and so convenient! Liam was 3.65kgs at 10w4d. Bronz Liam has always been clingy. On saturday DH had to take him for a drive just to keep him quiet and to give me some time to bath.
Babyshoes wow you have such a big boy! It's great that he sleeps for such a long stretch. Liam is back to waking up every 2 hours. The past 2 nights were rough for us because he has a bad cough and blocked nose. I have been doing the physio on him and it seems to be helping. My heart breaks to hear him coughing. He's such a good boy, even though he's not well he still wakes up with a smile every morning. I was telling my DH that i can't picture us having anymore children because i can't see myself loving another child as much as i love Liam. I hope that changes though!

Good morning mommies...

Oops sorry Bronz - my groups were hidden on Facebook! Found it now! LOL!

Work is going good! Although on Monday morning I left for work and forgot to kiss Luke goodbye and only realised this at about lunch time (I was soo busy at work) - boy oh boy did I feel bad about it - sent my mom an sms and todl her to give Luke the biggest hug and kiss from me!!!

Luke is gonna be 11 weeks old tomorrow (gonna take him for his 10 week injection tomorrow cos the clinic did not have supplies last week) - so will keep you updated on his weight - but he weighed about 6kg when I had him at the Dr 2 weeks ago...

Luke is officially sleeping in his cot again and he sleeps from about 11pm through to 4am - not too bad I think...

Vash - I too have been giving Luke things to taste (he seems to like it too HEHE). Im gonna gradually intoduce solids at 3 months (cereals mainly).

Let me get back to work! Catch up later mommies!

x

Good Morning Ladies

Babyshoes I accepted your request when you sent it. How has work been going? Graeme also does that when you take the boob or bottle away and he wants more.

hope_t have you spoken to the doctor or clinic sister about the crying? Could it not be colic? I would not recommend solids yet, I have heard that this age is too young and their digestive systems can't handle it yet.

Vash maybe your boy is ahead emotionally now? Normally they only go though the clingy stage later. G also loves nappy time, I will see if I can post a video here. He makes the cutest noises when naked.

Is any one still exclusively breastfeeding?

How much do you LO's weigh now at what age?
