Hello Stacey.... What a relief to hear Im not the only one that has a baby that throws tantrums..... :)

For the reflux.... Try Baba Suur (you can buy it a Clicks for less than R20 - It works like a bomb)...

I feed Luke 175ml of Formula - every 4 hours. And he is on NAN.

Im off to bed! Sweet dreams moms and babes....

Hi ladies,

Gosh I havent been on this forum for ages!

I hope you and all your gorgeous LO's are doing well!

Babyshoes - My lil one also throws tantrims - He gets himself into a state and takes forever to calm him down - Im wondering if he is being "naughty" or what?...

Shame he has had quite bad reflux so it has been a bit of a struggle with feeding - but he seems to be doing better!

Just a question for those of you who are fomula feeding - how much do your LO's eat ar each feed and how long between feeds?

Thanks and have a fab eve!

Hey mommies, long time no type.

I`m back at work, and am finding the adjustment very hard, I miss my bubu.....

My baby has been on the Purity Rice Cereal and cereal since 3.5 weeks as she doesn`t take a bottle at all , even when its expressed.... so I decided to let them give her that while I`m at work and then she will BF when I knock off, which has been working nicely so far.

I see that motherhood is treating you all so well, and glad to see.

Where can I get the bambo chair ? My baby is almost sitting up alone and I want her to get used to sitting woithout support..

Keep Well mommies
;)

Welcome Baby Shoes............... HEHE!! We all now here... Pampers just got to confusing for me and I followed everyone here!! LOL!

I bought purity rice cereal over the weekend and am going to start introducing it to Luke this evening! (only about 3 teaspoons at a time - dont worry its not going to be his meal - just an intro to what he can have....).

My mom gave Luke some yoghurt on Friday (just some to taste) and when she stopped let him taste it he started screaming for more!! LOL!

Luke is throwing tantrums, unbelievably big ones too! Yesterday I went to Pick n Pay with my mom, and my brothers gf looked after Luke and within 20 minutes of being gone my dad and brother phoned me frantically telling me to get home cos Luke was screaming blue murder and nothing they did would calm him down! (oddly enough the same thing happened on Saturday night while Luke and I were at a braai - he just started screaming and screaming and would not settle down...). Everyone is telling me now that it is a phase he is going thru to see how far he can push me...

Bronz... I tried to upload this pic on our FB group... But had no luck - this is Luke in his bumbo chair...

Hope you moms have a wonderful day!

Hi everyone, I'm also still exclusively breastfeeding - I can't believe it will be 3 months on Sunday already. I'll probably start solids at 4 months as Emma is a big girl - last week she weighed 6,3kg at her 12 week visit. I'll check with the paed first though.

I felt so stupid as I have been expressing milk to give her a bottle every evening - I gave her 150ml, but then the clinic sister told me by now she should be getting 180ml and in two weeks' time 200ml. No wonder she went from waking just after 3am in the morning to 2am! And I did it too myself!

The clinic sister also advised that I breastfeed as long as possible as Emma has eczema and that formula will aggravate it even if I use the allergies one. But we'll see how it goes once I'm back at work in October. I hope I'll be able to keep it up, but I'm also realistic.

ME: 40 - stage 4 endo, left tube removed

Hi ladies. Bronz i think i will be a mush mommy. I will be starting cereals at 3.5 or 4 months and fresh fruit and veggies at 6 months or maybe sooner depending on how Liam takes to the cereals.
Baby shoes glad you found us. I remember you and i were due on the same day. I had Liam on the 13th and i delivered naturally. What is your LG's name?
