Hi ladies!!!
Got Ruru circumcised on Fri, had a tough weekend as u all can imagine. he is healing nicely though. Felt like such a bad parent after I saw his penis right after they did it, but its a necessary evil... Today is day 4 & he feels no pain, actually he was painfree from day 3!!!
I still find him to b a lot of work coz its difficult planning my day coz he dsnt have set naptimes & he wakes diff times each day.
His routine changes everyday. He sleeps the same time each evening, just dsnt wake the same time or take his naps the same time....
I even tried waking him the same time each day so that he could nap consistently, but it didnt work, he's not predictable at all
Mayb he'll settle as he gets older

Thank you for sharing! My dh and I same the same religion - Christianity, though we did not have teh same church. However, because my church is like a family church (by now you all know how all my family was married, buried and Christianed there)my dh moved over to my church. the chance was not that big a deal for him, though it was a huge deal for my mil. She literally fumed about it.

I changed my name to an arabic name because Islam is arabic and wanted to have a name to prove my devotion. Shakira means Grateful and thought that was a nice meaning. Although some of my family members still call me by my old name. It doesn't matter about the name because I know what I believe and what's in my heart and that's what really matters. Hope I've helped you understand.

EP - sorry for only answering now. I have been so busy. I am white and took my husbands religion. My name was Chrystal but changed about 6 years ago. I don't mind you asking. I get a lot of people asking me. On Saturday we were at McDonalds and a muslim lady stopped me to ask where I was from. She was a bit embarresed when I said that I was from Cape Town. She thought I was turkish, lol. I get that a lot. My husband is quite fair and also looks a bit foreign.

I did an Indian wedding a while ago and it was also Christian!
