Yvette i'll be thinking of your friend. Shame it must be really trying for them. I pray the treatment works first time for them and they're blessed with their baby!

AFM i'm feeling huge!!!!!!!!!!!! Everyone is commenting on how huge I am. My back is taking major strain at the moment. By 11am I'm in tears at my desk because my back is so sore. I'm also having BH contractions everyday now. Can't wait for my scan next week to see if this little man's growth has slowed down. I doubt it though if my expanding tummy is anything to go by! Well 7 weeks left for me today! I'm hoping he's like my daughter and comes early - then I'll only have 3 weeks to go!! Hahahaha wishful thinking!

Good luck to your friend. A friend of mine also had IVF 2 embryos placed in utero, one egg split, she is now carrying triplets, all girls.

Vix - yeah your time is getting shorter and shorter- this time of year the time flies!

Yvette- ag I'm not too stressed but it did suddenly make me realise how little time I have left before my world completely changes! When you try for the second baby you're so much more relaxed because you know what to expect or at least think you do and I was so looking forward to doing everything 'right' this time around but with twins it's a whole new ball game and the prospect of the unknown again makes me a little nervous!

bh contractions are just practice contractions, we al have them, some of us don;t really always realise it. the only way initially to tell if you are going into labour soon, is if you begin having very strong ones at regular intervals - 15-20mins apart to start and then the time closer after a few hours. also, if you find that they do not ease up after you go lie down. it is so natural that you feel them now vix - you have 2 babies. i feel them all the time and still now and again, some take me by surprise, especially after sex.

Yvette- you're making me nervus! LOL Does BH mean I could go into labour sometime soon? Isn't it likely just practicing for 6w time? Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh noooooooooooo suddely as I think about prospect of D day being soon I get very very nervous!

I will be thinking and hoping hard for your friend! She's beautiful! My twins were a complete surprise! Naturally concieved besides that we were trying out the sperm meets egg plan that month which basically calls for sex every other day and every day around ovulation and they do say that periods of high sexual activity can cause the body to ovulate twice in rare cases. I ovulated on day 10 of my cycle and again on day 16 which is why the tweenies will always be at least 1 week apart in growth development.

Yvette, it is true that you can drop sooner once you've had more than 1 baby. however, it doesnt mean that will happen for each mommy.
