Sorry been MIA, logged on yesterday to tell you about everything (not too much, dotn panic ), but then the whole post went missing and I was too lazy and tired to retype it (sorry).

As for the cramps and reflux, I have both! Checked my vitamins last night and there is magnesium in there, so will just bare the cramps when it happens, but it is sh1t! I used to wake up and rub my brothers leg when I was younger as he suffered bad so I know more or less what to do with myself, but when it catches you by surprise while sleeping, lol, I shouted loud all of a sudden one night, "Ouch, help, help" to my dh, it also helps me if I pull my toes upwards, also when I stretch I can feel it wants to come, so have to becareful how I stretch.

Maryke, I agree with trying out the night nurse maybe every second/third night, my sister and MIL said they will come at night to help now and then or when we need, but dh and I have also said that we will use a night nurse, if you get one 3 times a week (for example), you have every second night good/bad night. You must do what you feel will be best suited for your family.

Vix and Lizelle, beautiful belly bumps! You’re both carrying lovely!

Vix, lol, last night I just gave dh the camera to take a pic, he took at and said sarcastically “sure, no problem”, lol, I told him he doesn’t have a choice! BTW, I am SOOO happy tweenies are growing well, back on track!

OK, AFM, had my baby shower from the work on Friday, it was nice, got some cute things. We managed to finish all the nitty gritty things in the babies room on Sunday (touch up paint etc) so now we can start setting up, yay! Im not on full bedrest yet, half day this week then I will be home next week, cant wait!

I have almost 3kgs in my tummy!! We went for our 4d yesterday and I already cannot wait for our scan, as Isabel said that the measurements are not accurate, so these measurements are just aproximates, LB - first measurement 889g, second 934g, LG1 - 1019g, LG2 - first reading 1016g then 1019g (first and seconds just to show not accurate), but the fact that they are growing is good, the one LG is always the biggest and the other 2 babies keep swopping between who’s bigger. Aaah, my babies are so beautiful, LB was yawning and drinking, couldn’t get nice images of LG2 as she is tucked away behind the others and everythign else. But I am just so happy they are growing so nicely, cant believe it, before going in, I told dh they are probably around 800 and something... Not sure if I can manage another 2kgs, this tummy of mine is getting very heavy! They are so cute, Isabel said they already have chubby cheeks Curious to know what my baby would have been at full term if it were a singleton?

Asp - wow, I hope Dr Niemandt comes through for you! I know he is a very good Dr. Unfortunately, I have been told Wilgers Dr's arent big on the natural thing. My paed is there, and he told me before I fell pregnant to rather go to Pta East. I am with Dr Joubert at Pta East and he is great. He is down to earth, good bedside manners, receptionists lovely (important when you have a toddler with you at visits...), and he never blinked when I said natural - and I am 35. Only thing he said, if baby is breech, he wont recommend natural bec of my age. But lets hope Dr NIedmandt comes through for you!

Wow, AFM, my ankles just cannot get worse... well, just the one anyway. THey hardly go down at night even. But I am on my feet a lot. Its so difficult to get them up onto another chair and pillows... but I'll try today. My mom is coming through for 2 days so I can get some peace - Missy is just not sleeping day or night.

Chris - are you now on bed rest? Does that mean physically "in bed" or are you allowed up and can you go out? But I guess you are not comfortable when you are out, so home is best. Did you have your stork party?

Maryke - good luck with decisions! Its never easy, somehow in pregnancy we hum and hah even more than normal!

Vix, I guess we all have different aches and pains. My DH keeps reminding me I am pregnant and NOT SICK! His back is still sore, and I keep tellinghim, that was weeks ago... lol

Chan & Sterretjie - cant wait to see pics! Exciting!

BTW, I thought the cramps only hit at night... I had one driving the other day, luckily was around the corner from home, but being the clutch leg, I thought I might have to stop... trying to remember to take my vitamins again... I am terrible! After remembering routinesly to pop the pill for 10 years I now cant even remember to take a vitamin tablet! I think the vits might help with the moods and feeling down too!

I see the Dr on Thursday... yay! But I know from now on the pics arent great. Just interested to see what position baba is lying in! Feels like head under ribs, one knee towards hip and other knee somewhere, and bum on my bladder - I swear little one "rocks" because my bladder actually feels almost tickle'ish - inside... weird feeling at times! I dare not sneeze or cough...

Well our nursery is all done! They just have to fit the cupboard door now because they measured wrong! So you'll have pics to see by the end of this week!! We're so excited now that everything is finished and it looks stunning!
