Sjoe Liz thats exciting that you feel baby move already...its too precious. I can't wait to feel bubs move

Lizel I also did the gender test from clicks. So far it says a boy. Just curious to see how accurate it is according to the scan.

Where have you mommies or mommy to be's gotten your cots from?

Well seems the ms has faded for me. I do still get naar when I see raw meat but at least I am not running for the toilet anymore.

My scan is next Friday and I cannot wait. I know we might not see the sex but really hope we do lol. The baby shops are calling me

A personal question, and you ladies dont have to answer if you dont feel comfy - How is everyones sex drive? I must admit the 1st trimester I wasnt in the mood but it seems like I am back to normal now lol DH aint complaining. I know alot of women lose their libido.

I have been feeling quite achy lately. My back is killing me and something is happening with my tummy. It must be stretching. My work uniform is almost too small. So will have to start looking for something for work and home.

For those mamma's that went through the drill already - what did you find important for your hospital bag and what advice do you have for us first timers?

I am so excited for this baby and can't wait for him or her to come.

Lindy, I am 11.2 weeks pregnant.

We went to the dr yesterday and all looks good baby is 4.17cm long. I forgot to ask her if we can go to Mozambique in September? Do anyone have a idea if it is safe?

We have a Graco pram from my LG it is still new she did not like to sit in it so hopefully this baby will. And I use Nuk bottles I love them. Tried BF for 3 weeks but it did not work out. My LG was still hungy after feedings.

Skitter, did the gender test and so far it is a boy. It is just intresting to have a look and see if it is right or not.

Gracious, My hubby told my LG that there is a baby in my tummy and she lift up my shirt and look, and then ask her daddy where? So funny

I am eating like a pig when the MS is not around and after that I feel really yucky and knew I should not of eaten all that

Mariet, I worry about the same thing. I almost feel guilty for having another baby

Aaaaw Gracious, that is too cute! I also want that age-gap between my kids.

I can't feel the movement when I place my hand om my tummy, but I feel something moving on the inside, like bubbles. Hmmmmmm...... Nice feeling.

no Liz, its not too early. i started feeling the baby moves some weeks ago n when i told DH he said no, its still too early but lucky the baby moved again when he was around n i made him feel the move and he was amazed. love the feeling.

yes Mariet it was planned. our 1st born is 2yrs now m sure she will b happy to hav a sibling to play with. yesterday i started teaching her to tell the baby that she loves "him". it was cute hey, i wonder what is going on in her mind. she loves kissing my tummy

Good luck Gracious, my curiosity will get the overhand. But it must be wonderful to find out at birth if it is pink or blue!

Skitterling - obviously baby doesn't like his mommy to sit down... that must be the most wonderful feeling in the world to feel LO move. Do you have a foetal monitor, or how do you listen to heartbeat?

I'm very tempted to buy those gender tests, but as you say....it is still a 50/50 chance. I guess I'll wait then.

I did not sleep very well last night, had loads of dreams, not really bad ones though. Sometimes I think I can feel baby move, but it's too early for that hey? Maybe just my imagination.

Hi girls,

Welcome Gracious and Congrats. How far along are you? Was it planned?

AFM - I had a busy morning running to the bathroom and back....hehe. Why do we feel like this some days and the other days everything is just fine. My DH wanted to kiss me and then it started, so he said "Oh so it's me making you nauseas". Don't think they will ever completely understand. After that he made me a toasted sandwich so he can't feel that bad.

I find myself lying awake at night, looking at my son and thinking how is he going to cope with a lil brother or sister. I think he will be fine, because he is crazy about other children, but I'm still just wondering.
