Gracious, I never stop eating and that is the problem I am sitting here now and thinking what I am going to eat next. I dont know if it is normal but I am starting to show, I should eat less. I already gained 2 kg

Chanz, I am also curious to see if it was right or not. I hope it is a boy, but so long baby is healthy I am happy.
My sex drive is normal but some days I really really want it

I dont know if I want to get something for DH, he did not get anything for me. We were at Sun City for the weekend.

I packed my bag over and over again. I always forgotten something. The night before I was induced I had to go and buy toothpaste from Spar, and in hospital I saw there was like 2 tubes in my bag.

Lindy/Liz, you are lucky with the cots. We bought a camping cot and a nice wooden cot. The one was in the nusery and the other one in our room

@ Gracious - Chanz wanted to know what advice we have for the first timers. I just think that sleep is the one thing that is very difficult once the baby is born. Maybe you experienced it differently, but my son doesn't sleep well at all - sometimes wakes up to five times during night. So I suggest that they must enjoy sleeping before the babies are born, because if they have a busy body like mine, well sleep is something you dream of.. I would not trade my son for sleep tough.

My son is one year and three, almost four months.

my lil gal of 2 woke up @ 12.00am last nite n wanted to play, it wasnt easy ignoring her but once i fall asleep i do sleep n leave her playing because i beleive our room is child proof. this little cute ppl can b a piece of work sometimes

i cant even remember what was in my goodie bag but one thing forsure i still use the bag even today n i didnt hav to but a nappy bag

Well I am a bit tired today and my back is killing me. We had a braai last night, and my son was so "clingy". I had to carry him everywhere and him and the other kids fought about the same toys. So I had to watch him the whole time... because he bites!!

@ Chanz - My son was born at Medi - Clinic. So you just join Medi-Clinic baby (Medi-Twinkle) and then when the lil one is born you receive a goodie bag with lots of stuff. I think in it was surgical spirits, cotton, bum cream, nappies, lotion, soap, actually everything you need for that first few days. Except the clothes. For yourself you can start buying maternity pads and breast pads, I used LOTS of that. Advice - SLEEP, while you can. i bought ml LG a cot from ackamens then n now that she is already sleeping on a bed i am going to use it with this cute thing i am expecting.

i wouldnt travel on the last trimenster unless i really hav to. its too risky. i wanted to go to the wedding at mozambique September n DH told me we cant go because should it happen that i give birth early(god forbid) then our baby is going to have a mozambiquen birth certificate i dont know how true that is.

my sex drive is good, nothing has changed infact i want it even more, i enjoy it more n more n i hope it stays like this.
with my 1st pregnancy it was up n down, i remember there was a time when i was very dry that we wanted to try lubricant n sometimes the vjay was just too tight that i couldnt even put my own finger. but yeah my libidio came back again 3rd trimenster.

Hi Liz - yes my appointment is tomorrow....eeeeeehhk so excited!!! Tell me all the blood tests that they do, do you have to fast for those? (the 12 week tests)

Hi Chanz, I was blessed enough that my sister in law gave me her cot....her baba is now 2 and she has a beautiful sleigh cot. Lol and about the sex drive...mine is starting to come back in full swing but we are still too nervous to have sex.......

Gracious - MS is morning sickness..... And it also feels like I'm eating a lot. When I'm naar I eat to make it go away, and when I'm not naar, I eat everything to prevent it. Well, then I just get naar again, hahaha.

Chanz - well, I hope the feelings that I get is bubs moving....

I'm going to use the cot that my little sis and I used when we were babies. Just going to give it a new layer of paint, and a nice new mattress. I've been looking at prices of cots, wow, their expensive! So I'm glad I get to use the "antique".

Sex drive? What sex drive? It went out the door the moment I saw that 2nd little line. So hopefully it will return next trimester!!! Poor DH.

My uniform is also too small!! LOL! We're starting with our winter uniform next week, but it doesn't fit at all. Don't know what I'm going to do....oh well, next weeks worries.

Haven't even thought about father's day!!! Oh my!
