Ladies I'm not going to tell you how much i weigh but i have over 10kgs to loose. I have lost 3 in the last 5weeks So getting there slowly easter was a bad week for me going to weigh today but dont think i have lost any. I'm not the sureslim diet.

Riley's Six month check up went so well the doctor is so happpy with him. He said he is on target with everthing. He says Riley is tall 72 cm looked at Mark and I and asked where does he get the high from. we are both on the shorted side. But Riley gets it from my Family the man are tall in my family

The doctor said not to worry bout him going off his bottle. he is just a solid eating baby. as long as he has some its fine. He told us we must feed him 3 times aday. Riley is loving the added meal.
He also said we can start meats and yoghurts. will give him yoghurt this weekend looking forward to see his face.

What can you do for constapation? Riley keeps getting it. I will give him meds to get rid of it and it will be back 2 days late. Tried pruns and it did not help much

Sorry Gracious I am also really battling to get rid of the weight I lost almost all my pregnancy weight and then went and gained another two kg's trying to do some sit ups will let you know if it works.

Thanks Lizel I will go and try them. Lol I know exactly how you feel I am at 56kg at the moment and I am so uncomfortable in my own skin I just wanna cry but I just can't stop eating! Shame sorry that Carli-Ann is waking up so much that must be very frustrating. Does she wake up for feeds?

Lindy, no the studs dont hurt them. You can try to find the smallest hearings. Thats what I did at NWJ or American Swiss some places where they do the piercing sell also small earings. I am at 54kg and really want to lose 4kg I feel like a whale. Carli-Ann wakes up about 4-5 times a night I am a zombie. You are lucky that Kylie is sleeping so great, she sounds so sweet
