Dec 2011/ Jan 2012 Mommies to be !!

Hi Ladies

Took a home pregnancy test on friday. Got a BFP!!! Went for a blood test that morning and my count is over 4000. My doc is very happy and he has put on all the medication that i was on with my last pregnancy. The down side to that is, it makes me very sick. Not looking forward to the MS.

Was a complete shock. We weren't able to conceive our first child on our own (we had the help of a fertility specialist) Our little girl is 7 months old and now we are expected our second bundle of joy.

I'm still in shock. The small age gap is worrying me.

Will be going for our first scan on 15 June. Cant wait!!! My expected due date is the 2nd Feb 2012. But i'm sure this little one will come early like his/her sister. Zaylee was born exactly a week early (natural birth) We are hoping for a little boy this time round.

Nelia - just thought i would tell you that we have EXACTLY the same due date!! (9 Jan !) so you have your 11 week scan on the 21st and i have my 12 week scan on the 27th - so on mondays we have a new week

Im still feeling fantastic and very blessed that at 9 weeks my bean is growing well ( been hearing about tooooooooooooo many miscarriages, so just taking one day at a time)

anyhoo gals, i started walking 30 mins 5 days a week at the gym and i am loving it !! have lost a little weight ( thank goodness as i am eating every 2 - 3 hrs, just making sure that its all healthy stuff !

im 6kgs over my previous * before children* weight so i cant handle putting on another 6 that i cant loose after!

Simone, I just wanted to say...you are very lucky, because my MS is still going strong.....but I see I still have a partner there...
I can control it a bit if I eat regurarly....problem is, I cannot find anything I'd like to eat...

Its going better with MIL. Seems like shes leaving hospital on Monday.

My next scan is also on the 21 June. By then I will be 11 weeks pregnant.

Maureen I also worry about the summer heat! I hate the heat so hope it wont be too bad for us!

Karatemum how are you feeling? High BP is not a joke...you must please take it easy! So glad all is well now:) MS has finally left the building...but I will just randomly puke for a bad smell...my daughter had the stinkiest poo in the potty the other day and I ran for the other toilet! lol.

Euphre7...not sure if I welcomed you yet....but WELCOME and CONGRATS!!!

Weightwise I havent put on...have lost 2-3kgs so that's great. I do feel my stomach feels fuller though. I have to keep weight down as I am already terribly overweight!

When are the next scans??

I have downs scan on 21st, regular check up on 30th.

Mandy has scan on the 27th.

Who else???

Good to know I am not the only one.

Yup it sucks, but right now I don't even care any more, I've kind of just let it rest on I'll have good and bad days and go with them as they come, oh well!

I have ages back, I did bring it up a few pages back, I thought I was weird for feeling baba early lol, but yup been feeling baba since about 7 weeks or so already! But I was the same with my son, I seem to have very active baba's in there!
