Im good thanx, been hectic... Been a working mother of 2 has been very hectic but at the same time I am loving it to the max...My LG is now 7 months old and growing too fast, she is eating solids and just getting cuter and cuter by the days...

Good morning ladies.

Long time no chat here
I thought I'd post so that we can get this thread back up & running!

For those that don't chat on whatsapp & haven't been on here for a while, how is the mommy life treating you ladies? How are all the lo's doing? Pls come & show pics & update us.

AFM, I've been back @ work for 2 weeks now I honestly hate it. I miss Jayden so much & just wanna be with him. My mother is looking after him for a few months & then it's creche time once she goes back She is such a precious gem, don't know what I'm going to do without her. She helps us so much & is wonderful with him. He really loves her so much & he finally took to the bottle - yes, I'm still breastfeeding & going strong. Mondays are usually worse than other days, which is understandable because I was with him the whole weekend.

He is just such a joy & friendly baby. He likes babbling away & started saying 'Baba' last week. He will be 6 months 29 May - sjoe, where has the time gone!!! He weighs 7.7kgs already (well, that was 2 weeks ago) He can sit unsupported, stands very strong, pulls himself up to a sitting position when lying down but doesn't roll over yet, he did that once @ 2months but waiting patiently as he still has alot of time doing that. He doesn't like tummy time most days (sigh)

His sister still loves him too bits but I must admit, she does give us alot of grey hairs as she is impossible sometimes but what can you expect from a 5 year old..... She loves reading to him & playing with him - bit rough at times but she has always been on the wild side lol

Hi ladies

Loving all the adorable baby photos! Please keep them coming All the little ones are looking nice and fat!

I returned to work this Monday, Izaan is currently at a daymother. He loves it there because the lady has a 3 year old daughter who entertains and plays with him whole day. I'm looking for a nanny though, because I stay right next to work, and all this driving up and down to the daymother is too much. I visit him during my lunch break as well. I am still EBF, and have milk stocked up. I'm struggling to keep up now because my milk has decreased a lot since starting work. Like Momtoc, I want to keep this up until 6 months.

Punchy, I hope you find a house soon! I know house hunting is a nightmare. You are very strong to send your son to your mother, I don't know how you manage. My parents also wanted me to leave Izaan in Cape Town with them, but both me and dh refused.
