Hi ladies

just read an article on tearing/ episiotomy's. Please can all you experienced mommies give me some real life insight into this.

I think i've gotten myself into a slight( read: MAJOR) panic after reading the article and gooling the topic only to find horror stories.

- have u had a tear/ episiotomy?
- is it better to be cut or to tear?
- post healing pain?
- is there anything i can do to prevent?
- any advise?

guess who got a job at almost 25 weeks yay. i was cringing when i told my new manager about the baby and she was excited asking me the sex. ya ne. it`s internal which is a good thing i dont need to worry about medical aids or maternity leave being cut short.

Oratile means "I loved". i am tswana and dh is zulu so we want the child to have a zulu and tswana name like his brother.

Pale at least you have two weeks, i only have 6 days in November. I pray to God i make it. The doctor's appointments i will take as sick leave.
