Oh wow JLK you ready to go. Please send us pictures of the nursery. 18 days is now, I am sure you are excited. I also need to do this bag packing thing. I think secretly I am postponing because I am scared it's happening it's so close. 37 days until our due day. Still hoping for natural.

Carien so sorry to hear you can't have the Vbac but now you have a real arrival date.

BabyT sorry for the work situation when is your last day? Sounds like you need a break from the office. Is your uncle going through treatment? I can't imagine what you going through maybe you should let the water works. I know this will sound crazy but please Take it one day at a time.

@CarienM, sorry to hear about the change in plans, but something are just more important than other - like baby and mommy's safety

How much does baby weigh now?

Hahahaha, ladies, I was driving to the doctor's rooms the other day and suddenly I couldnt even remember which road to turn off at, so it really does get really bad

Our nursery is also almost finished and everything else has now been done.... So its just a waiting game

This mamma won't mind pushing the fast forward button to Feb hey.

Just had enough of Jan, baby is basically using my bladder as a pillow and the amount of pressure that I feel when I get up to fast is no fun at all...

I am tired and sore and my work is not taking it easy on me at all, expecting me to work weekends and I was even expected to cancel my maternity photo shoot last weekend because it didnt suite them... Then my uncle was also now diagnosed with brain cancer - so all the emotions together is just getting a bit much for me - I normally quite a strong person, but now you just have to look at me funny and I want to open the water works....

MrsMom, I can totally relate to the whole pregnancy brain thing...
We refurbished an old chest of drawers for the nursery and didn't have enough varnish. I went to builders to buy more - with a photograph of what we used to ensure I buy the correct stuff - and ended up buying oil and wax preservative instead Couldn't figure out why the darned cabinet wouldn't dry until hubby saw the can. Luckily we were able to fix my blunder.

Carien, I'm sorry you're not getting the vbac you were hoping for. It is great though that your LO is doing so well

We are almost done with the nursery. Basically just have to put up some pictures and decorations and finish washing all his clothes.
I've made a list of everything that must go in the hospital bag and will probably start packing tomorrow.

Only 18 sleeps to go until my c-section date! Last doctors appointment on Tuesday

Hello Ladies, hoping everyone is OK.

We just saw the doc and seems like my hopes for a natural delivery is just not going to happen. My baby is HUGE, doc says if we dont have a name for him yet we should call him Bigfoot! His feet are already 6.3cm big! She says its just not realistic to want to have a natural delivery with the chances of a uterine rupture at the site of my previous csection. So my scheduled csection is 15/02. I was hoping to get to 22/02 to get some work done, but that is just not going to happen apparently. For my and my baby's safety, we will do what doc says. I trust her completely.

Anyway, hoping everyone is having a great day/week so far

Hello and happy new ladies.

I had forgotten my login details, but I am sure I don't have to remind any of you of pregnancy brain. It's so great to see everyone's pictures. We are all nearly there. It's really happening we going to be mommies.

We are nearly done with our nursery. Because we don't know the gender it's mainly grey and white and yellow. We also had our baby shower it was so great and I am glad I had a registry because we could return the goodies and get something else with the voucher.

We still don't have a name. So we will see when the baby arrives.

Sjoe JLK, he is gonna be a big boy 4 weeks is a enough time if you use it to the max - but is sounds sooooo soon....

I am sure by the time Benjamin arrive you will be more than ready for him.

Can really not believe next month is the start of a exciting new chapter for all of you

Pretty soon we will be sharing actual baby pics instead of sonar photos!

How are you all doing?

Happy new year to all!

@STK I'm also struggling to find a comfortable position to sleep. I wake up quite a lot at night and then I'm awake for about an hour or so each time.

Went for a checkup today and Benjamin is doing really well. He is weighing in at around 2.8/2.9kgs.
Only four more weeks to go! Can't wait!

I'm just a little stressed as his room is nowhere near ready :/ and I've not washed any of his clothes - will hopefully be able to complete everything by the end of next week.
