2015/2016 Pregnancy

hi ladies

i m due in march this is our second child so far enjoying my pregnancy. We seeing gynae saturday. My lil girl wants a lil sis me and dh wants a boy. With the 1st pregnancy i was induced but this one i m not sure but my gynae prefer natural. Our medical aid covers everything. Will be giving birth at Gardencity

@Babydreaming88 - Hahaha the faces made me laugh, I was also shocked when I saw the demonstration videos and picture.

@Maj - Personally I think exercising is a very good thing for a pregnant woman. They say it also makes labour easier. Prenatal Yoga is the best!

Perineal massage...... Geez ladies! Not what I thought it would be. LOL! But ya I'm gonna try it and I will talk to my gynae about it.

Babydreaming88 - Good luck with the research its weird seeing how they massage down there. I will probably try it seeing they say it works.

@Maj - Exactly, you as mom will know what feels right and you only want whats best for your baby and if that to you is natural or C-section then that is what it is and everyone else - family/friends - must accept and support your decision. I haven't really read the detail of how to do the perineal massage, which I'm gonna do soon.
And yes - pregnancy is the best experience in the world!!

@MommywannaB - Hahaha!! Ya like a chappie hun!! I'm gonna do some more research on the perineal massage and try it. Yip, I have read that you should start at around week 34 and do it for 10min everyday....

I think I will then book from 28 weeks seeing that everyone is saying that.

I think its a very good idea for the perineal massage, my dr said you start massaging 4 - 6 weeks before birth. I am just freaked out by the way its done

@Maj - I also changed my gynea after my mc I felt like he did not do enough, My new gynea did some test on me and it all came down to not enough progesterone. 1st one did no tests nothing. Yes Sticky babies to both of us.

I must agree Pregnancy is a great experience
