Hi Babydreaming88,

Nope not yet I need ideas, Dr said it looks like a boy but she will only confirm with our next scan 12 Oct. Then I will start buying and planning the room. We have talked about the classes, and have not yet decide when we will be starting them.

Hi Maj

You were in our group March 2016 Babies? I am so happy for you that you are blessed with this one.

You can get yourself Sea Band Mamma it’s a ginger lozenge that you suck on it helps with the nausea, Dischem sells them.

I was stressed about it and then the stress went away after talking to some of my friends but now on the site I read about POP and now I am stressed again.

Thank you looks like they have beautiful stuff.

Hi Ladies,

Am so glad for this post. I found out last week that I am pregnant, but I have no idea how far along!! (I had a miscarriage at the beginning of august @ 6 weeks). The GP guestimates about 7-8 weeks, but i have to go see the gynea to know.

This is my 2nd pregnancy. I had a really great pregnancy with my daughter, but with this pregnancy I am so queasy! I dont know what to do! at least I aint throwing up!

Please dont stress about natural births, the more fear you have about it, the more pain you feel at the time. Birth is a normal part of life (both humans and animals) and our bodies are designed to handle it, we just need to have faith.. if you want to youtube natural births, search hypnobirth. If you just search natural births, you will find terrifying video clips!(ok enough with my touchy-feely speech :P )

@ MommywannaB check out www.cleverlittlemonkey.co.za, they do seem expensive though. We did not have space in our apartment to do the whole nursery thing, so we went straight to a toddlers room (which is just filled with toys and more toys!)

Good Morning Ladies,

How are you guys doing?

I wanted to know where is the best places to buy baby decor for the room. I have been to Mr Price and they don't have nice stuff.

There is some website that I have also found with nice stuff.

ninnies,

I don't mind paying extra for the classes, I just don't want to take off at work to be at a class in time and then the long drive back again its tiring and I hate traffic.

I will def look for a class here and start at around 28 weeks then. Now I am excited. :woohoo:

@MommywannaB - I think it is best to go to the classes anytime from 28 weeks or so. Otherwise if you go to early you might forget some important info. I remember they gave us notes aswell. Show you how to clean the baby, how much milk a baby needs at what age etc. Really helpful.
If you are going in JHB you might have to pay extra for it. It was included in our bed booking 4 years ago.
I think it is something any new parents should do.
