@ Zaza - Thank you hun. It does go away when I get up and start moving. I haven't picked up much weight I try not to eat all the bad things I crave.

@ ninnies - Then I must go to these classes hahah I am clueless!!!!  I am based in JHB so I will get a class closer to home. When is the best time to start?

@mommy hmmm I think all our bodies are different when it comes to ligament pains, in my first pregnancy they started very late, but I had them very early in this second pregnancy (from about 10 weeks), it does help walking if you have time or the energy, walking just tends to loosen things up and helps keeps us flexible. I have gained weight very slowly in this pregnancy so the ligament pains have not been there often but the pelvic pains came in the last trimester as baby is gaining the weight so you have that to look forward to!!!!! Also as baby grows and the uterus expands and rises, you will find your abdomen gets sensitive, the calf cramps, pins and needles, lol but they come and go, you will be fine, your body knows exactly what it ahs to do for your bundle!!!

All the best!!

@mommywannaB - Our classes covered breast feeding, bathing baby, caring for sick babies, c-section birth and care afterwards and then the normal birth which we did not go to.
It was really useful.

@MommywannaB - Yes hun I think it is worth it to go for the classes. When we went it spanned over 4 weeks (one evening per week). Hubby and I attended, it was nice to do it together. We learned alot. We did not attend the last class as it was on normal birth and we knew we did not have that option as I had myoma's and could not do normal birth.

Do yourself a favour and just find out from the maternity ward at Wilgers whether they still offer the classes. You also have to book the classes in advance.
Let me know if you come right.

@Babydreaming - go for the classes - it is good. You learn alot of things. We might just go for a refresher but I think we will be fine...I am sure it will come back to us...I hope so

@ Babydreaming88 - Oh I am so glad I am not the only one nervous. I actually started watching a show on TLC One Born Every Minute, so that I can get a better understanding. Maybe I should also sign up for the antenatal classes.

@ ninnies - what do they cover in these classes?

@mommywannaB - I know how stressed-out one is when pregnant.
Just stay relaxed and know everything will be fine.
