2015/2016 Pregnancy

@ carmyburlo - Bed not booked yet its waaaay to early, but I am a bit of a control freak and I have to be prepared for everything. The hospitals these days only allow bed booking at 20 weeks.

@ ninnies - So you think its a good idea to go for these classes?

We're the same Gestational age 24weeks 4days today!
I cant help much with the heartburn unfortunately, I haven't had it too bad as yet - But I drink a glass of milk with everything I eat, and that seems to be helping - And as Zaza said, sleep propped up a little.

All the best with everything ladies!! Wow, beds booked already? I will probably do mine after my 28week scan.

@Babydreaming - I have already picked up 2kg! And I already have so much to carry around...
These classes are expensive, but I think they are worth it - especially for first time parents. And it is good bonding time for mommy and daddy.
But we obviously wont attend again as I would think we would know what to do after having a baby almost 4 years ago...

Well Dr said everything looks great so for now Normal it will be (I want to do it normal) I am afraid of the cut and the pain and I have this weird thing in my head that freaks me out. My Dr is also promoting natural birth.

I am stress cause we have to travel over an hour to get to the hospital and its my 1st time so I have no idea how long labour is all that.

That's why I am so glad I joined this page, I can get info and help and peace of mind.

@Babydreaming88 - I am not really stressed about was just wondering what's up with this weird feeling. Everyone has a different opinion. Like the one woman said to me being sick, sneeze and couching will start a mc again! Next appointment 12 October. I have heard about the stock's nest and they say its awesome, you get a free 4D scan etc, but not all the Netcare Hospitals have that facilities.

@Mommywannab - Dont stress! You are in very good hands. I love the Wilgers. And the last time I was in the maternity ward, they were awesome. Are you having a normal or c-section?

@mommyewannb - i'm so sorry for your loss hun! It might be round ligaments, if you are worried phone the gynae just to be sure. When are you seeing your gynae again?

@ninies - good luck hun, glad you're not sick and i hope it stays that way! My morning sickness started at 8 week and lasted until week 13, i actually lost weight during my first tri. Its 350 for your bed and that includes the 4D. I'm gonna be at a netcare hospital. Stock's nest do offer classes and it 900 for the course. My gynae has someone else whom they prefer and she charges 1200 for the course. Luckily we can claim it back from medical aid. Starting our classes next month!

Yep I am at the Wilgers and stressing my darm ass off!

I did not ask when I phone, I think she would have mentioned it if they still offer that.
