Simone, once we are all settled I am also planning on cooking and freezing. My dad left us their fridge as well as a big upright freezer which I can use..I know that it will definitely help me a lot with "time management"

Julz, I feel the same about Cole's daycare being more like home than anything else. He actually calls his daymother "MA" which is what he calls his gran and he is so happy with her.

I was also planning on sending Shrey to school just after he turned 3 but paed says we should wait till he's 4. He's got good care during the day and she's very happy with his progress. Says they don't learn much more than we can teach them at home. And positive is that he is around kids almost everyday so socially he is doing well as well.
