Yes Vix you are right. I used 1.3kgs of chicken for Sunday's meal. Maybe way too much for 2 people..lol. Will try to remember your 200g per person guideline. And i need to split the parcels before freezing.

I like those 5 piece rainbow chicken trays from checkers. I find that is actually perfect for us.

Vix what i did was...i split the breast pack (of 3) and cling wrapped seperately. So if i have people coming over...i can just defrost one breast or 2 (if more than one person), cut in 3 and that adds to the pot i find if making curries/breyani or stew. Also I can just take out 1 breast if i need to make something fast for Addy.
