Can't do a watch again. In 2007 we got ourselves matching Tag Heuer's in Dubai. I cannot afford to equal or better that at the moment lol. And had a good chuckle at making the tin one myself with that budget

Nicole yep it is him that likes his whiskey. Got him a bottle last year so don't want to repeat so soon.

Lisha i dont know if im mistaking your dh with somebody else's but doesnt he enjoy whiskey? maybe you could get a nice whiskey that comes in a nice tin? and then something else??

Im also think i might go with the watch, he doesnt wear anyother jewellery besides his wedding band.

Lisha I like the idea of corny gifts, but I don't like them for me...and I realise G doesnt either. He'd just rather prefer sex as his gift! lol. One year a friend convinced me to give G vouchers....for back massages (which I DONT do) and silly things....he only 'redeemed' his sex one...and I dont think I saw that voucher booklet after I gave it to him. So cute thought...but ya...not for us!

A watch is a nice idea....Lisha can't you also do a watch? Though if you dont wanna spend over R1000 you may have to make it yourself out of tin! LMAO!

So annoyed with HR. All of a sudden they require proof I am going for scans/gynae visits. So I gave note today that I asked doc for....but for down's scan last week, I forgot to go. So I ask if I can send invoice which will show date I was there.

She sends me response: 'you can but please get a note in future'.

a. I sent a NOTE TODAY which shows I remembered, just last week I forgot.
b. There is NO more future visits for me here! lol.

They are really just being full of crap now!

Simone I am also tired of McDonalds etc now Brought left over chicken breyani for lunch today though ... perfect for the cold. And think mum must be tired of cooking so will probably get some Nando's or something for supper tonight.

Nicole I say go with a really nice watch ... always the safest ... not sure what you can do other than that. Over the years I've lost count of the number of perfumes and watches we got each other lol but it's always been the easiest gifts. Oh what about a nice leather wallet or he is business man so elegant pen set with engraving???

oooh!! I can't wait for our 10th anniversary. As my ring is already diamonds and a blue sapphire, I'm going to tell C to get me an upgrade on my ring then! Although we never do the traditional anniversary gifts, we actually never do anniversary gifts.
