Julz, Sorry for your bad night. I don't say anything about the twins' sleep anymore because I always jinx it lol.

I was so worried I wouldn't be able to think of original recipes but I already have almost 50! I need to send them 10 original recipes and ALL the ideas for recipes I'd like featured in the book so I have quite a bit of work ahead of me. And TG my dad is going away tomorrow because I am going to have to cook up a storm and he hates it when I dirty the kitchen and with having to test 10-12 new recipes in the next week, the kitchen will definitely NOT be clean! I'm inviting all my family and close friends over to come taste stuff so I have objective opinions. I wish I could ship some samples to all of you to help me!

Mandy Oh my word!!!! Sorry about the positive followed by the negative. If you ovulated on day 10 then having sex on day 10 may be a cutting it fine. Ideally you should try to bd earlier especially now that you know that you may ovulate on day 10 which is really early. Good though that your cycle is working well. xx

Almost 25% of early pregnancies don't continue for a number of reasons. This is why it is best to test after 14 days. This would give a false positive.

Had a bad night with Dylan. I knew that I had jinxed it when I said he has slept well. I think his ears are giving him hassles despite being on antibiotics. He just wanted to be held which is actually really sweet. He is so cuddly. It is like having my baby boy back.

Gave him meds at 1 and he slept fine after that so he must have been in pain.

sorry about the me post that is about to come your way, but i need to share and hopefully some of you can help me make sense of it ..

So i have been charting my TTC journey with temps each morning and the website www.fertilityfriend.com showed that i most likely ovulated on day 10. we did the bd on day 10, 12,14 and 16 and so on cycle day 20 my temps were raised showing i could be on the way to confirming pregnancy.. So it was 10 days past ovulation.. so although VERY EARLY - me being forever impatient , i bought to urine test, and expected a NEGATIVE and within minutes there were 2 lines I HAD MY BFP!! now from what i know, a line, is a line, is a line.. so i ran back to the pharmacist and she said, a line is a line, congratulations!! so i bought a card and waiting for hubby to get home and told him CONGRATS!! on the way home though, I stopped at Lancet, and had my blood taken and at 10pm I went fetch the test as its 2mins from my house and it was a BIG FAT NEGATIVE!!!! !!!!! !!!! so for 4 hrs i really thought i was preggies!!

So being who i am, i dont complain or feel down for long, and I am already ALMOST OVER IT !! but i am a little shocked that you can get a false positive!! and MY BAD for testing early, but i do feel like i let hubby down a bit.. talk about a roller coaster of emotions!! Im also pleased its not THIS MONTH.. as it would have been due on the 5th jan!! not nice

Helen- I forgot to say, don't think we can fit in Braai this coming weekend because I'm planning on going over to meet PFairy while she's down. Will chat with Elwyn about when we're free, are you guys off for the public holidays?

PFairy- seeing as no one else appears to have answerd about meeting up this coming wednesday I figure we should just make our own plans and if people want they can join or we'll forever be waiting for people to say they'll come. So which day of your visit suits you?

Julz- I spoke to my gynae previously about the spotting and he said that the steri in no way affects the bleeding because they just put clamps on your tubes so as far as your body is concerned it is still functioning as if it was to reproduce.

Ankia- I'm def going but I'm leaving all the kids behind, I need alone time especially when meeting the gals. I'll probably be giving Hayley a lift too if she is still going. Here's my cell no: 0765561741 send me your no sometime and I will def confirm with you just before.
