Hi ladies.
Happy birthday to all of those that I missed. I tray to stay up to date on FB but it's difficult sometimes. I hope all the little ones had fabulous birthdays and that they got spoiled rotten.
Juls, how is Dylan? Hallucinations? That doesn't sound like fun! Shame man, I hope the neuro can help you.
Simone, how was Addy's birthday?
Zee, glad Zander is better. I wish I had advice for you re Ziani but I agree with you, it will get better.
Afm, everything's going well. Going into the last month of working on my book which is VERY FLIPPEN SCARY! I felt like I was so on track and then just realised yesterday that I still have so much to do. But it's fine. I will get it done even if it means I have to work through the night. TG after that it's time for Dec holidays and we're thinking of going a week or two ahead of my family so that I can just take some time out. I wish I could just lock myself in a room and finish the book but it seems like in my blogging absence even more people have heard of me and I have events every week now. Cook-offs, talks on food blogging. It's wonderful but I'm feeling very overwhelmed and I need to learn to say NO. But I know, I shouldn't be complaining. I'm incredibly blessed to be doing this.
The kids are doing very well. They are just so adorable and interesting. They are very excited for my brother's halloween party on Sat. Keep asking to put their outfits on. Will post some photo's of course. I've also ordered them a ton of books off Kalahari (I keep telling myself that R1000 worth of books is an investment

). They just love the Dr Seuss books and we should be getting the Afrikaans books in a few days, so I'm excited to be reading that to them. I read them the Dr Seuss sleep book every night before bed and they are going to bed so much easier. They used to take quite a while to settle but now that they listen to the story, it seems to be helping.
Well, let me get them their circles (otees) and get my day going.
