Zamzie- Sorry to hear your boy's growth is slowing so much, I know how that feels to hear! But at least your gynae is hot on it and your LO is a good weight already too so try not to stress too much. Alex was born at 2.2 and he was perfectly healthy and came home with me. Hope you manage to stick out the bedrest, not easy with a toddler I know.
Simone- everytime I remind myself I have twins the first thing that comes to my mind is when I posted 'it's twins' here on Moomie and you thought maybe it was a prank LOL Makes me smile all the time!
Simone- I'm so pleased yoiu managed to log on! It would've been a long holiday without moomie!
That sounds highly unfair that you should only get 30% Simone, is it because they changed your position etc? I think it's very unfair when everyone else is getting more.
Thank goodness Elwyn got a bonus, our medical bills are escallating by the day

It seems like wasted money when you only seem to be buying medications and paying dr's.
Julz- how come they stuck you in such a bad bit of town? And how come you flew there alone? Are you just setting up future business? Glad you will be back to your ladies today.
Nicole- sorry to hear about your pains, are you mid cycle? Do you think maybe it could be Ovulation pain?
I don't have any issues getting C to eat fish or meat he loves anything like that, it's veggies I can't get him to eat these days so I'm thinking to try the Jessica seinfeld book and sneak the veggies in.
Mandy- sorry I had a hectic day yesterday and a stinking headache to go with it. Was a bit stressed out by the evening.
I had to be in for the CPR training at 10am yesterday and getting this household out the door these days is a mission, we had to drop C by SIL because the CPR training was inside the NICU (not sure exactly why it HAD to be there, bit inconsiderate considering they know my situation with C & A) thankfully we managed to slip away without screaming and tears but of course once we got back we had hell for the remainder of the day because he is still suffering with serious abandonment issues after leaving him with my mum.
Then at 11 they insisted I BF Jonathan but Alexander woke at the same time and now remember I can't just put them both on the boob because Alex isn't allowed inside so I'm trying to feed 1 sleepy baby when I have a screaming baby next door, I was so stressed out in the end I told them to give Jonathan his bottle and I would go feed Alexander. I'm so tired of the inconsideration for this situation I'm in. I understand exactly why Alexander can't enter NICU but they're now expecting me to BF Jono every daytime feed for today. I told them no, it's impossible, I have a baby at home that also needs feeding 3 hourly whom I can't take into the ward. If I leave Alex at home then I must organise the times so that I can feed A put him dowm, drive to the hospital (which I'm not supposed to do now especially with the clot) feed Jonathan, drive home and do the whole routine again almost immediately, I won't be able to breathe. If I take Alex with then DH must also come which means C must come and once again we sit with abandonment issues everytime I leave the waiting room to go feed Jonathan, never mind trying to fit in food and naps for C. It's just freakin impossible. We're going to put in a written suggestion that they make allowences for situations like ours where one twin is discharged and one not. Now Jonathan needs BF he is in an open crib and can be wheeled anywhere so if they had a seperate room I could have Alex and Jono in then I could be free to BF at any time and spend the whole day there if needed. It's really been horrible as it is that I could only see him once a day but now they're demanding my full attendance when I have another baby to care for. I just can't wait to get Jonathan home so that I can feed them both together at the same time. I imagine we'll settle in at home quite well after all this craziness.
The rain has been here since 3am wednesday morning and hasn't stopped even now, it sounds so lovely outside.
I took Alex and C to the pead for check ups and I really am super impressed wirh this Dr, he doesn't rush you, he doesn't make you feel any question is silly, he draws diagrams to explain how certain body parts function and even if he thinks you might know something he will still explain it all just to be sure. He explained C's constipation problem to me in full and gave me a 6-8w treatment plan, it's very impressive so I really hope to have that under way from tomorrow. He never once knocked me for giving the poo tea or lectured me on his diet like I expected. C weighs 13kg and Dr said he's quite a tall and stocky boy which is good, he didn't give me hell over the dummy, bottle, nappies thing which I did expect. Alex hasn't gained very much weight, infact he still hasn't hit birth weight again yet but he was so calm about it, he said it's fine and it will take time especially as he's prem. Jono was 600g less at birth and yesterday they were exactly 200g apart! He is very pro breast feeding which is I think why he didn't lay on me about weight gain, i can see he doesn't want to push me to feel bad. He did suggest bevcause they are so small that their bedtime feed could be a bottle of PreNAN so that they are getting the extra calories once a day and especially at night when my milk may not be the best quality due to tiredness. I think if he wasn't so pro Bf maybe I wouldn't have accepted his advice so easily but I did and last night I gave Alex some preNAN. It was difficult to get him to drink after the first half a bottle because he was so full his eyes satayed shut but I managed to get him to drink 50ml from the recommended 60ml. Wow I forgot what a schlep it is to make up baby bottles, cooled boiled water steralized bottles warming the bottle oh goodness, glad it's just once a day.
I spooke to him about this BF Jono all day nonsense and he said if I can try and make 2 attempts he would be happy so I agreed to feed Jono at 11 and 5 today. Still have to finish off his cot in between too because it looks like Friday he's coming home.
O.k I really have taken up a whole page I'm sure.
