Simone- they came out quite nice, just really filling. I used regular tomatoes and i de-seeded them but i wish i had skinned them too but i was too lazy. i just added peri peri spice and cayene pepper to the chicken as it fried, added the chopped tomatoes over the top then let it cook until all the water juice was gone, added some cheese sauce to that rolled it up in the tortilla and threw the rest of the cheese sauce over. Quick and easy with things i actually had in my house. Usually i can't follow recipes because i don't have a lot of the required fresh ingredients in the house and i don't go to the shops every day/week so i make do with what substitutes i have.

that's why i love the choc pudding recepie, the ingredients are always in my cupboard and i just have it with custard instead of cream because i never have that either.

Happy birthday Oliver!!! :) May you be spoiled ROTTEN today! Helen and Theo, well done on raising such a gorgeous and adorable little boy! :)

Thanx Angie. The thing is, her speech was never really bad but she struggled to say some words properly etc. I always thought it's because there was maybe a wax-build up in her ear or something. But the surgeon said he thinks it's the mumps? Maybe my aunt and them just never realised she had a bit of a speaking problem.

Morning ladies,

Nelly- here is the pudding recipe, i just don't do the fruits part for serving, might try the Kahlua tip one day though:

Chocolate self saucing warm winter pudding

Ingredients (serves 4)
• 1 cup self-raising flour
• 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 80g butter, melted, cooled
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 egg, lightly beaten
• thick cream and berries, to serve
• Sauce
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, sifted
• 1 1/4 cups boiling water

Method
1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease an 8-cup capacity ovenproof baking dish. Sift flour and cocoa into a large bowl. Stir in sugar.
2. Combine butter, milk and egg in a jug. Slowly add to flour mixture, whisking until well combined and smooth. Spoon into baking dish. Smooth top.
3. Make sauce: Sprinkle combined sugar and cocoa over pudding.
4. Slowly pour boiling water over the back of a large metal spoon to cover pudding. Place dish onto a baking tray. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until pudding bounces back when pressed gently in centre. Serve hot with cream and berries.
Notes
• Hint: Pouring the boiling water over a spoon prevents the water from disturbing the sugar mixture too much.
• For an adult twist on this pudding, try reducing milk to 1/3 cup and adding 2 tablespoons of Kahlua to the pudding mixture in step 2.
• To reheat leftovers, spoon into a microwave-safe bowl. Cover loosely with plastic wrap. Heat for 2 to 4 minutes on MEDIUM (50%) power.
• Make the most of seasonal ingredients this winter with pumpkin recipes, potato recipes, apple recipes and pear recipes from taste.com.au
