Vix - thinking of you all the time, i had such an awful day at work and was battling to get my mind off the crap, til i read your posts.. YOu must be seriously tired, the emotional ups and downs you must be feeling must be massive! Sleep and rest my friend...

We had a good morning at top tots, cam says "TOH TOH's " on the way there and he starting singing some strange tune and i realised they are half words for and the tune for ring a ring a rosies! he kept saying tishuuu tisheee al llaaaa dowwwwww and then throwing his head down!! so when i started singing it with him, he was the happiest boy in the world!

I forgot to tell you he did it again this morning! I was in the on suite bathroom of my room and marc was asleep and cameron opens the door and walks into our room saying HEWOO ( HELLOO!!) We heard NOTHING of falling out of his cot, or opening his own door and we got the fright of our lives when he walked into our bedroom!!! he could so easily have walked down the stairs and fallen! He must have climbed onto the soft chair next to his cot, so i will move it further away - but he only did this like 4 months ago once so its so sporadic! Im very relieved the trellidor is being fitted at the top of the stairs this tuesday! BUTT i was hoping to only move him to a big bed in summer - lazy mom wanting not to get out of bed in winter.. its freezing here but we might have to do it earlier than we hoped! we will see what happens tonight!

Im trying to be patient but by last night i had had enough and said - REALLYYYYY!! and sulked off to bed to watch telly there.. enough now! vix - my sus had twins (conceived 4 days apart) she carried to 38 wks then 6 days ICU thefn breastfed both 4mnths

also my roommate from lea had twins and breastfed both up to 1 yr

so no doubt in your capabilities friend

I have car seats galore for u buddy dont stress i have little snug one for up to 4mnths then next etc zen and the twins will work like tag team as he will be out and into next by time u need them - they might need some recovering but i use them as is (I have 4 btw in total)

then i also have camp cot for u - needs matrass but its just piece of foam u need (u can cover yourself) (i have 2 cmp cots, 2 wooden cots, 1 cradle and 2kiddy beds and my parents have like 8 singles LOL)

I also have spARE pram LOL I think u need to go straight for stroller again (gumtree and junkmail)

ok then i also have spare kango pouch - so u and elwyn can both have one

oh u can also use my bumbo - xen would be out of it by that time

walking ring/ jolly jumper if u want u can borrow them too

I am also still putting all my girl stuff away for u - as u have boy goodies mine is down 4 babes now so not too clean any more

ok what else?????? girl u can look into a pattern for cloth nappies and maybe make shitloads for u (safe on disposables)

Vix, we got a second hand pram on Gumtree and sold it again. You should find something nice online.

I wish I hadn't given away so much of our stuff and now with my friend being pregnant I promised her all my other stuff lol.

EmsMom- LOL I am definately packing up baby bear from August until next winter hits so yes sadly you'll have to find a replacement or she'll have to just enjoy the ones she has for a little longer. Shame, and I enjoy doing her stuff so much!

I'm positive now i can make it as close to the end of my pregnancy as possible. I never had a single braxton hicks contraction with C, my body never showed any sign of being interested in labour so FX for this time!

PFairy- thanks for the special info! Will go and have a look but I might just buy everything second hand since I'm only going to use it once and money is quite tight.

My mum has a camp cot so she'll give me hers aswell as mine so that's fine. 1 bath is fine, need another car seat but my car only takes a small snug and safe and they're cheap so bonus! Already have a big boy carseat for C.

I think the biggest expense will be the double pram which i will HAVE to have because i can't carry 2 babies and have C on a leash.

Congrats again on the twins. I understand it must be a total shock though.
My cousin recently had twins, and was lucky enough to carry till 36 weeks and never had a day of bed rest. She was still wearing stilleto's and dancing till the end. So might not be so bad to carry. Just trust in your doctor and Dh and all will be fine

And all of us are here to help where we can.

Although I guess now I'll need to find someone else to make Em's monthy dresses

For what it's worth. shoprite/checkers have this nice Tatanium twin strollers for R999. we use the single one and we love it.
