Man! you ladies have been busy i just browsed through some of the posts.

Shame M2M & Girly i wish Liam and Kaylee a quick recovery.

Cols congrats of the table cant wait to see the pics.

Its seems its that time of year, last week was a nightmare for me. Fayaz refused to eat completely had a very high very i give him panado it settles for a bit after an hour back right up.

Shame and he was very lethargic he didn't want to play just wanted to cuddle, i tried getting an appointee could only get one for Friday, the doc took one look he says he has very bad Tonsillitis that was oozing out puss (Sorry for TMI), shame he also lost weight he is now on antibiotics to top this my daughter fall sick with bronchitis and DH gets a very bad cold, so its been a hectic weekend for me.

On a lighter note Fayaz is standing very well and is cruising on furniture nicely he has now learned to drop on him bum and crawl. Still no toofies i call him my gummy bear he is too cute.

Girly, hey there stranger! How's Kaylee doing today? Been thinking of you so much. I am glad the job is going ok. Even if a bit slow... You will find your routine and it will get easier I hope she mends soon!

M2M - Poor Liam I am praying for him. It is HORRIBLE when they're sick and in hospital.

Robyn, congrats on the bootcamp results. You must be super chuffed!

Had a very busy weekend and achieved very little. Got our kitchen dining table and the 1 bench on Saturday - Yay will put up pics later Have ordered the second bench today so will hopefully have it before the weekend We only ordered 1 to see how it looked 1st. I love it.

Will catch up with you all a bit later.

K has cut her second tooth... shame what a strong girl. no crying, just was restless in sleeping last thurs night...

jip ladies, it is again Liam and the hospital...his list of viruses:
- Rota (and he had the vacs)
- RSV
- normal influenza (flu) (he was vac-ed for it)
- pneomonia virus (did get vac-ed for it)
and 2 bacteria... NICE neh?!?!?!?!?!, just my luck!

and he is on a feeding tube and hands are wrapped in plaster not to pull at the tube...

his sats betweeen 89 & 93...which is 'normal' for how sick he is...

oja and on thursday he weighed 10.5kg, when thy weighed him yesterday he was 9.2kg....lost more than a kg in 3 days of not eating/drinking...and he is 77cm and there are 8 toofies

Kaylee had hew vaccinations last week (Prev & Measels). We also did flu vaccination, I got one too, flip it was sore!
She weighed 7.45 and 69cm tall but she's now down to 7.2kgs.

Both Kaylee & Liam got sick this week. She has bronchiolitis. Dr didn't test what virus cos he says treatment remains the same, and just costs money. Her sats have been excellent though, she has really healthy lungs it seems. The nurse at the paed ward just couldnt get it right, eventually I took them and came back 98
(She was getting readings of 89! They were dumbfounded cos she was definitely not that lathargic or anything!)
She had a 3 day course of antibiotics, but we went back on day 3 cos she was no better. Doc gave us a metal contraption to add an asthavent pump to the end, and a mask on the front and it helps the chest walls to loosen. Also at ER at 1am on Thursday night cos she just couldnt fall asleep so had to nebulise etc. What a week it's been! Her chest is much better as of last night, but still lots of phlegm and coughing lots and still sounds bunged up and sick. She has lost some weight with all of this cos she's not eating so lekker

Please keep M2M's Liam in your prayers. He is in hospital with lung infection and bronchial infections. Poor babas

Okay so me - finally! Been at work since 11th May. It's a maternity contract and extended to help with their financial year end in December, so ends on 18 January. (Why oh why do companies do financial year ends in December is beyond me!!!)
Its doing creditors and wages for a steel roofing company called Safintra. They are in Brackenfell industria which is not even 15mins drive from me I am home by 5pm which is so nice cos I get some time with kaylee at night (Previous job only left work between 5:30 & 6pm!)
It's a bit frustrating though as the lady I'm replacing is 36w pregnant and very tired - for obvious reasons. So the training is going a bit slow for my liking, lots of interruptions in between, lots of air breaks etc too so it takes a whole day to do 1 task. Her baby is getting into position and I honestly dont think she'll make it to her due date. She's decided to work until 10 June so that she can see me through one month end process, with possible C/Sec 17th June (due date 27th?) but I doubt it...
And I've been off the last 3 days, and now possibly tomorrow as well...
So ja I'm a little bit stressed. The job itself isnt hard, just trying to learn their ERP system (Navision) and their internal procedures etc. Also doing wages which is new to me. It's not difficult but gotta concentrate and know what you're doing (no guess work with peoples money!) and the last 2 thursdays I missed wage run cos last week we were at the surgeon for follow up and this week I was sick.

The evenings are very hectic for me. Get home, spend time with Kaylee, bath, milk etc. Then DH gets home, make supper, get K to sleep, eat, clean up, shower, pack bags for the next day. By then its 9:30 or 10pm and I'm exhausted and go to bed. And if K wakes up / is niggly then I just go until I'm finished but makes me very tired. So very little time to get anything else done during the week. The weekends also so busy at the moment that housework / sorting out accounts or any personal stuff is very difficult.
This weekend we have 3 birthday parties. Next weekend is a friend's baby shower, and I want to go visit my aunt & uncle (cousin had brain surgery for epilepsy last month and was quite an ordeal!). Weekend thereafter is friend's boy's first bday party.
I still want to try get away for a weekend that we can just relax a bit. Going to try go to Aunt's holiday home in Gordon's Bay the 16th of June (only a few weeks away now!).

Well that's the work news from me. Nothing amazing - but you can see why I've been so scarce lately!

Kaylee is cutting 3 more teeth, 2 are out but not all the way, 3rd is peeking through. That makes it 6 teeth in total
She is standing so nicely against things now, and holds with one hand and plays with the other. She sometimes thinks she can get from a standing position to another without going back down so attempts to 'walk' away but obviously goes down straight away. But she's showing a lot of confidence in moving about now!

Anyway, I must go. Bday party to go to, still need to get ready (DH still sleeping - 11am!) Kaylee still hasnt had breakfast She's sleeping at the moment. Guess its the best thing for her right now.

D had her 9month Vacs this morning
but she was brilliant-cried during the injections but stopped straight afterwards
She's now 7.5kg and 73cm tall

Yippee- our new fridge was finally delivered today, thanks to LG!
After 2 weeks with an awful loan fridge that had to stay in our lounge cos it was too wide to fit in the space in our kitchen, we got the latest model upgrade of our old one completely free

Had my final Bootcamp last night- the fitness tests were pretty rough but at least I managed to shave 30seconds off the 1.3km run and I won the 'Miss Congeniality' award plus got the biggest increase in the push-up and sit-up tests

Kerry, Sounds like you have a stunning evening planned - you must enjoy it!

Those sleeping bags look lovely. I just bought Evan a 3/4 fluffy blanket from Mr price and I put it over his douvet. He sleeps so snuggly under it.

Charn, how lovely that you got a night out I hope you had a great time. You have such a precious little girl!

Robyn, OMW how crazy is that creche??!?!!? I would have bolted too! Good luck with the search!

Sher, I cannot say, Evan's 2 teeth cut at the same time. They came through together.

Evan is only going for his jabs next week because of all the ear infections so you're not alone Kerry
