Cols - He is so adorable! My LO goes for the dish if i do that... tips the dish up over everywhere... so i just give her the pieces in her hand... she puts it in her mouth and OCD mommy is happy bcoz everything is moderately clean after.

about no 2, things have been so easy with K that i can honestly say i am more than ready for no 2, but there is no way we could actually afford it now. And there are still some days where i honestly don't think i will ever be ready for another... but they pass.

And MIL is looking for a fight... she is picking on everything... DH and i are fed up with it and planning on putting K into creche from 1 June... I think its for the best we have given the MIL thing a very good try... 5 months worth... but ehough is enough

She sees us for at least half an hour every day, wont let us just pick up K and go, and dinner every thursday night... now she is bitching bcoz we never invite her around to our place....

Hells bells we only get two days off work a week, and FIL visits one day every second weekend, my parents usually get friday night and more often then not join in and help us with our hourse/chores on saturday, flip when should we invite her? Saturday night, between 2 and 4 seems to be all we get free!

Lets not forget that we are trying to paint/rennovate our house somehow and still have the regular chores like grocery shopping! etc.

Geez gimme a break! Just coz you don't have a full time Job and baby! (or any friends to visit)

geez cols, our babies are not even a year yet - LOL

i think financially wise,I really worry about future education in this country.

we want to buy a house as well. its those nappies, formula, paed costs, etc etc etc

i think though what i cant think of right now, until it fades, is that i had such a complicated pregnancy, i enjoyed it though.... but the birth. 16 hour labour and it was so traumatic...

still fresh in my head. also tryin the latching of breast feeding was another story,till now, baby does not sleep through

yikes, its such hard work, rewarding and i wont change it for the world, but i cant imagine another one right now

i want to enjoy K. you know those terrible two's. need energy for that.

if i had to say, things plan out differently then so be it but if i had to have another one. i would wait till K is at least 2 years and then fall pregnant, bringing her to be about 3 years when the other is born... not sure

i think we have did have this discussion before, but who is planning baby # and when?

Sher, it also helps to get hold of the local paper and read the crime reports. Ya, you have to look at what completed houses are selling at vs your fixer upper. It is not something you can go skipping into It is a big adjustment going from a complex to a house.

Sher, shame man. It's even harder to sleep with LOs now. I actually remember our 1st night home, DH had to wake me to tell me LO was crying! how those days have changed.

I have never had a flat tummy, but I hear spanx from the day you give birth onward for like 6 months will flatten your tummy. My friend did it and it worked for her. I wore them for a while after evan and I think they did help a bit. I have also heard after a year your tummy will start getting back it's shape.

Please tell me also about that miracle cure – I also have a MAJOR tummy problem.

My legs are skinny, my bum is the right size....but my tummy just doesn't want to budge.

I have been doing Zumba, Tae Bo......and nothing!

Hi girls,

Oh, enjoy those renovations!!!!! We had our renovation spree....the kitchen, built the pool and afdak, built Izibella's room on the 2nd floor, and enclosed the one courtyard to extend our inside living space into a play area for Iz, retiled the entire ground floor. We still need to do our bathroom and I am thinking of re-doing the kitchen again making it a bit bigger..... but for now, we had enough.

BabyK's buying a car as with buying a house is not for sissies! They all a bunch of pathological liars.

I hear about you guys freezing and I'm jealous! Today is the first day we can sort of think about dressing is something with sleeves. Growing up in JHB I remember the electric blankets, hot chocolate, cold nights, hands and feet and nose freezing....we don't get that here in Richardsbay

Now Grace is sicky.....at least all 3 kids have been sick and DH!
