Yep time is flying by, yet going slowly at the same time, but I'm sure you know how that goes!

How is little Cayleigh doing? She's growing up so fast! Feels like just the other day all the Jan moms were going for their first scans, cant believe how time flies.
We are naming our little one Kaylee - so nice name choice you got there
Yes, Jellybaby had her baby this past week, little Hayley. Cant wait to hear more details but giving them some time

BabyZee I think it's quite normal to be more chill 2nd time around. First time takes so much planning, cos you're rather clueless but you're probably an expert now
We are painting a light lilac colour, and waiting for the cerise pink curtains that Babybear has made to arrive this week. All the wooden furniture is white. Cant wait

So I am busy with my layette list finally, as MIL is pushing for a babyshower list. I've realised that we pretty much don't have anything but the big stuff but cant put everything onto the babyshower list!
So have split it up, and will be pricing everything this week that we have to get ourselves, and go buy it in weekend batches once the painting is done & I have space to put it all. This house is a mess right now!

I'm feeling much better today, but 2,5days off work plus a weekend to relax and now I cant sleep

Girly glad you are feeling much better good idea to stay away from the paint i dont think the fumes are good for you, what color will you paint on next.

Can you believe i have done nothing for my nursery at all, i am just all relaxed i guess coz this is my second and i feel i can do it all the last month, i am still debating wether i should take leave early or work right through, my doc already wants me to choose a date for my C/S the week of the 16th i would rather have it on the 23rd when baby i due, i will see if i can convience him because DH bday is 7th mine is on 8th and my LG is 22nd it would be nice to have baby's on the 23rd we will see what he says.

When is DH in town again?

I only had my scan 4 days ago, and this time around I really want to go again real soon but still 4weeks to wait!

DH & in laws painting baby's room white now. I did some corners and edges, but cant do much more, so kinda feel useless sitting around. I shouldnt complain though.
We have a lot of sorting out & throwing away still to do, cos we dont have space for all our stuff.

Alrighty, so u guys decided to postpone the get-together, no probs, let me know on the new date then
An idea - wot if we put all our names like inna hat or something, we each get a turn to draw a name & whomever we pick, we exchange a gift with, doesn't have to be extravagant, almost like we having a mini baby shower amoungst ourselves at nino's, whotcha say...like I said, just an idea, would be fun lil p is kicking away as I'm typing, think she's liking this idea discuss tomorrow 'n I see what u guys decide....

Girly - a clinical, the nurse will do a 10minute assessment on your medical history to go in my file, i'll be at Kingsbury!
Shopping for ur pram, enjoy, don't have those big items yet like the car seat etc. hopefully DH 'n I can go shopping for that when his in town!

Mina a clinical? Please explain? I just faxed through my booking form, came in & signed a document, and gave a copy of my ID and walked out again. Which hospital are you going to?
Sorry your DH wasnt with you today. I'm sure he appreciated your gift.

Today we emptied out the spare room (soon to be baby's room) and the computer is now set up in the lounge, as actually looks very nice here!
We will paint the baby room white tomorrow, and next weekend the actual colour. Then the following weekend we can bring in all the furniture, cant wait!
Also went to look at prams with my mom. Deciding between the Graco Mirage or Graco Ultima which has bigger wheels but is more bulky; and a 3 wheeler Chelino which is also nice, just worry if it'll fit in DH car.
Will hopefully go buy that tomorrow or if not, then next weekend too.

My cold seems to be on the mend, but the blocked nose really makes it tough, as do the sinus headaches. Hopefully I'll be up for a busy week at work next week since I have almost a week's worth of work to catch up!
And only 7 more weeks to go till M/L!!

ok everyone. Let's rather postpone the CPT meet then. We can discuss on Monday and set up one soon and then we stick to that date even if it's just 2 or 3 of us.
