So, the party was succesful and we had no rain!!

Since March unfortunately... so five. And i am just angry and frustrated i am sure it will pass but right now i really really fell like it will never happen. I know it will pass, but i cant see that at the moment

Unfortunately my cycles wre picture perfect 28 days long... three days bleeding ovulation on the 14th day... clockwork, In fact at the gyneas office in March it was O time and she saw a nice healthy folicle...

Then we started TTC... i have now had two early's and two lates... this last one being a whopping 4 days late!!!

was on pregnacare conception and folic acid for the first two months, then tried taking pregomega and folic acid and the last month had given up and was only on folic acid and a regular multivitamin.

The first two times we were aimimg for a boy so we even used an OPK and only did it on the right days...

needless to say i honestly don't know... Gynea won't give me anything i am sure as i was fine when i was there in March so it cant be that theres something wrong just i guess we arent yet worthy of it... not enogh good karma due to us or something?

Anyways enough sob stories... have a great weekend ladies!

Kerry, Im sorry to hear AF arrived. How many cycles is this now? Dont stress about it! It will happen! Are you taking folic acid and staminogro yet? Girly and a couple of other ladies swear by pregnacare conception...

Hey ladies

Firstly JB - CONGRATS on the job offer. I am sure that will help tons! Sorry, I read your message lastnight but then my battery died before I could respond to you. With it being Em's bday and having guests around, I just tossed it in my closet and I am only charging it at work now. We will miss K at the party tomorrow but I understand. Will be nice to see you again though. I have all K's party treats and will keep it aside for you.

So, we had a lovely day with Emily yesterday. She ADORES people singing happy bday to her!!! It is hilarious!!!! So we sang about 5 times last night (with candles each time)!! Not sure how we will do this tomorrow - our party guests might think we have gone mad. We woke up with her and opened gifts in the morning. WE "made" her a dollhouse (pics on FB), bought her a lovely although hugely overpriced wooden tea set which she adores and a princess carriage with dolls. My mom bought her a xylophone, my sister got her a wooden table and chairs and a piano. Braam's sister got her a feeding chair for her doll and his mom got her a campcot for her dolls. So she has been very spoilt already

I finished the party boxes at 12AM this morning!!!! and still have quite a bit to do tonight for the party tomorrow - just hoping for good weather!! The weather reports are showing no rain though, so that's what I am hoping for.

As for the house - we are mostly settled. Our kitchen is coming along nicely. We get the granite tops hopefully today, the electrician and the plumber were there when I left this morning. So hopefully by tonight I will have a functional kitchen - cant wait. The rest of the house is liveable for now. Few things we still need to change, but doing it slowly. Did I mention that I have a walk in closet - SWOON

Kerry - sorry to hear that it was another negative maybe chat to your gynae, he/she may just be able to help already.

Robyn - I love the pic of D in the car - she is very pretty glad she seems to be settling in nicely at the school.

Sorry to get your hopes up ladies.... looks like it was just life messing with me! Argh! Was due on monday and only came last night... so so so unfair

Kaelyn has also started potty training at school... just a sorta light hearted thing though... after their nap if they are dry the teacher takes them to the potty for an attempt. So last night i am trying to change her to her pj's and as soon as the pants were off she started shouting "toilet" over and over. so i took the nappy off and told her to go.... she ran to our bathroom i stayed in her room thinking she would just sit on it a minute and come back... she came back all excited carrying a potty full of wee :-0 I showed her how to empty the potty into the toilet and flush and she spent the next 10 minutes trying to wee again. Then we went to bed and at about 12ish she woke up shouting "toilet" so i took the potty to her warm room and let her sit on it...no luck... then put her back to bed... at 1am she woke again... and two... argh monster!

Girly - phew it sounds hectic! But yes it sounds very much like you have the superbug i had.... hopefully its gone this time round! Least i can take more antibiotics if the need arises. But i must say pity party and all i think things are finally coming right for you FX that the job is what it sounds like!

So sorry for the suspence girly... and then for it to all be for nothing too

Cols - Thanks for Fx'ing for me... so bummed this time round i must say. I just wanted to go give away all the baby stuff in Kaelyn's room last night and give up on the whole idea... i honestly don't know how you have survived it this long. DH is telling me he thinks maybe its time to go visit the gynea for a little "help"now seeing as weve been trying since feb. I kinda told him the gynea won't do anything till at least next feb... Good luck with the studying and hope the party goes well.
