Morgan - yes London is soo sick! He is cutting his 4 top teeth next to the other two infront. They broke through last night. But every time he teethes he gets really sick. This time it was fever and pain. We took him in to GP and found he has a throat & ear infection. The fact that it's his 3rd ear infection since January and the fact that there were no other symptoms like runny nose or cold etc ... could mean he has Glue Ear and will need Grommets. Going for follow up next Friday and will get second opinion from Paed at yearly visit. But shame baba is sooo sore with throat, ears and mouth. Mouth is swollen and he is starving but can't eat or drink anything except a few sips of water and 25ml of formula all day so far today! Mouth is just too eina. The white of teeth are peeking through. How long does this pain last??? Really not happy and I am exhausted after getting up every hour last night to console a crying baby AND HE HAD MEDS! So shouldnt be having pain... unless because he is almost 1 year maybe he needed the stronger strength Ponstan and Emped?

Gaynor the 12 month injection that I have to buy is expensive (in my books anyway) I first need to go see my GP to get a script then I think the nurse sad its about R800 for both injections.

I dont understand why the government doesnt pay for it, it is after all on their charts. What do the people do who really cant afford it? It will then just become a vaccine that gets skipped by many many babies.

Missy a friend on mine and I are combinig our LO's first birthdag party and our theme is all the colours of the rainbow. I got a quote from a party planner and I was shocked it worked out to be R 4 860 just for the kids!!!!!!!!!!!!! so I will rather do it myself. Then again I have the time to do it. I love hello kitty and would also have done it if I was having the party alone, but my friend has a little boy so we had to use a unisex theme.

Hi ladies

Eve I also followed the government route re vaccines. She had her 9month injections and has to get 2 vaccines at 12 months. (but I have to buy them myself as the government does not supply them)

SH LOL with the tantrums, I also have a little monster with a major attitude. So jealous of having your baby faal asleep in your arms!! My LG refuses to be cuddled.

Lucy saw on FB London is sick? how is he now. Hope he does not need grommets and that he gets better soon... cant have a sick birthday boy!!

Ladies please go have a look at the easter competition I entered Carli and we would love some votes!
