This is so weird I am expecting the bomb to drop any time but for now loving it

Xen is officially the easiest baby in the world (for now) he is still asleep btw anyhoe this is my day routine for now

-bath xen at 6.15 - lea and daddy watching
-lea gets in her bath 6.30 - daddy watches
-I massage and boob xen put him down awake and walk out (he drifts off by self)
-get lea's bottle and sit with her (daddy dresed and settled her) - asleep by 7.20(daddy gets monitor then)
-we eat, watch a program and in bed by 10
-xen drinks at 10 (sleeps in own cot), drinks 12.30, 4.30 still asleep and 8.30 now
lea wakes 5 - brett gets up
i get up 6.30 watch lea while brett showers he takes her to school
xen eats 4hourly sleeps for 3hrs straight and in awake time he is happy to lie and watch us or lie in own bed

so far he hasnt had cramps, hasnt needed help to sleep so I know after 3weeks their true colours show but in my mind he is an easy babe

@evestyles - biiiiig congrats on the birth of Connor, feels like just yesterday that I was talking to you about your baby phat bag!!!

I can honestly tell you that I was shitting myself as well, for the epidural and then on top of that, for the emergency c-section but it was an absolute breeze!!

They give you a local anaesthetic in your back, which you don't feel, and then they give you the epidural. All you feel is pressure on your back and it's literally done in a couple of minutes.

The drip in my hand was worse than the epidural and so I asked for a local for that as well, sissy ehehehehehe

The actual operation isn't bad at all - it's also over in a flash. I think from the time they cut to the time I saw Connor come out, was like 5 minutes. You don't even realise when they are closing you up because you will be holding your angel by that time and that's all you'll be concentrating on.

Everything will be absolutely fine!!!!!!!

I'm just about shitting myself round about now. Finished packing my bag and am going to run a bath now. Wash my hair, watch the MNET movie and then chill the hell out. It's so hard to get my mindset right for it - instead of focussing on having a baby, I'm worried about the damn operation and the pain afterwards...I know, I suck. At first I was so openminded about having either, but the last few months we kind of focussed on having natural so I am a bit disappointed. But tomorrow I'm having a baby. We will be parents. We will be holding our son in our arms. I'm SO excited about that part!!!!

Nelria - you sound like super mom!

Eve - good luck with those nipples. I'll probably be in the same boat in a week's time.

Hi ladies

Just a quick post because I desperately need to get some sleep

Congrats to all mommies who had babies (starting to loose track of it all)

Mrs SH - will be thinking of you tomorrow - I didn't want c-section either but it was actually really great!

Connor is doing really well, except that he sleeps all day and is awake all night.

Boobs are really hard and sore, nipples so cracked that I have now resorted to bottle feeding, just until my nipples heal and I can let him latch again. Expressing milk as well.
