thanks Klk and SH for your response.
SH... preggie a week after D&C? thats amazing. i was told to abstain for a week, just because of the chance of infection- anyway, i havent been in a BD'ing mood either. still, im on holiday next week Thursday so maybe by then i will be? hope so.

Hi everyone

Busy busy busy at work...so I'm only watching the posts...don't know when I will be able to really chat again :S

Justine...bd bd bd...if you feel like it, do it. Don't worry now about cycles and AF....I have heard of women who fall pregnant a week after they had a d & c....It will be nice to wait till you get your first real cycle again, but for now...just bd...and who knows what might happen!

I fell pregnant 3 weeks after my MC and Connor is now 20 months old. I never had a D&C though.

DebbieF,
well done on the weighless/gym. thats what i plan to do too. i went to gym this morning before work and you really cant beat it for that rush of happy endorphins!

a question for everyone, if i may...
after my D&C...my gynae suggested i waited for AF then try again the following month. giving reasons of "its easier to date the pregnancy" "time to heal" etc...my natural instinct right now is to try again asap. i desperately want to be pregnant again. as in right now! obviously though i have no idea when i'll ovulate, so it would be a bit tricky even if i were naughty and didnt heed her advice.

did any of the preggie ladies on this thread get preggy right away afterwards? or anyone hear whether this is such a bad thing?

Morning ladies

To the new ladies, just a word of encouragement. You never forget the life you have lost, but it does get better with time!

Lucy, enjoy your conference!

JoDon, strongs for this months smep!

Hey Sued, SH, Claire, and all the others.

People has started to notice that I am pregnant! Jay! I must say, this pregnancy is treating me very good. Exept for the nausea I had, the odd heartburn and tiredness, I have nothing to complain about. Its also very diffirent from the other two. Its as if I am floating through. With my first, everything stressed me out. With my 2nd, I was still suffering from the blues as my son was only 5 months old. Now I am older, and its all easier.

Toodles, off to hang my bedding, and finish cleaning my house. All before 12, cause then I have to fetch Jaco from school, and get Lize-Mari to her first dance lesson.

Ello Ladies,

Hope you all had a great weekend, mine was alot better than I thought it would be.

Hubby & I went out for prawns & wine and did a lot of talking , turns out that he is trying to "be strong" for me but he is just as scared about becoming pregnant again. lots of loving happened the weekend , bringing us alot closer.

I have decided that i am going to start weigh-less on monday and go back to gym , getting a new start on the year.

Have a wonderful week.
D
