Hi Ladies,

Belaine - I am a straight up kind of girl so gonna say it this way. You are having your first baby there is a HUGE adjustment period when baba will be born so if you dont make the wedding its exhaustion and adjusting to a very new precious life. I really cannot stand the lack of compassion from family members. Honestly the first 16 weeks of a babies life are incredibly hectic!! IRO MIL pushing you to natural - I always said that my gynae knows best :)

Debbie - how many days waiting left :) ?

Angi - how are you and Izelle :)

Joybaby - wow I cannot believe that Kaylee is going to be 2 so soon!!! good grief! And I am so looking forward to your FB announcement in a week or two :) I will go vote when I remember

Lucy - How is Tessa?

Klk - how are you and your gorgeous Connor (no porridge whahaha)

Thanks for the well wishing on team pink - we are so elated and I really feel so blessed (considering our loss history this little girl Gemma is an absolute miracle) I see so many struggle with ttc number 2 and honestly if I had had one MC I would have called it quits completely. Argh been so emotional because a rose bush we removed showed itself again with the most beautiful flowers outside her bedroom window - my grans second name was rose so think its her saying hi?.

We decided to call her Gemma Noel ;) I am not too cared about the name being a secret this time.

4 m/c's: 1 2003; Sept 2009 twins; Dec 2009; May 2010.

April 20 2011 c-section - Rowan 3.18kg (My Clexane miracle)
14 July 2012 c-section - Gemma 2.9kg (My total surprise miracle)

Ello Ladies.

Just wanted to let you know got my 2nd progestrone test back it was + .
Whoo Hoo , Sorry I was begining to think that was all I needed was to not be O
as well.

Predicated O was between CD12 and CD14 , luckily we BD'd on CD12 & Cd14(TMI)
unfortuneatly not on CD13 :( , fx that 1 strong swimmer made it to meet an eggie.

Only about another 7 days of waiting or for the cycle to start all over again, time will
tell

Hope you all have a relaxed Easter , and lots of choccies.

How long is the drive belaine? I would not take baby out the carseat. If you want rather take breaks where you can take it out. It's too dangerous to take it out whilst driving. As for MIL ignore her, trust me, I'm speaking from experience. Trust me it does get better

HI JB

I think once you have lost your lo you will always be scared till you have your baby in your arm.

I had the shakes on Friday while waiting for the dr to do the scan. 3 days before the scan i started throwing up again but i think it was of stress.

We got the campcot assemble and dh feeling very proud. he cant wait for lo to come i know he is going to be an awesome daddy! i think i will have to ask for a turn to spend time with lo.

Bil is getting married the 27 Oct so then lo will hardly be 6wks and the problem is we cant book flights because we dont know when lo is coming and if we will be able to go. so we will prob have to drive down so not looking forward to the long drive esp with a lo the only thing im looking forward to is seeing my friend we will stay over at them and dh bragging with lo thats the only reason he wants to go to the wedding to show off.

ladies if you going on a long drive to you keep your baby the whole drive in the carseat or do you lay the baby down on the back seat as well? we will prob drive through the night which will help.

I told dh im not going anywhere until my 6wk checkup.

Mil is trying to convince me to go natural i'm getting so frustrated with her.
and i will be the bad one if we dont go the wedding.
she told us last night we must start saving to go the wedding and dont worry about the little things for the baby. There is no way im going to neglect my baby to go to a wedding.
and by the way we only bought a campcot we havent bought little things it was gifts.

Sorry for venting again.

Today im so tired and having the most terrible heartburn!!

Cant wait to go home!!

Take care

Hi Lucy. No problem. I really hope you'll see some improvement now.
Chan M's Kade had his grommets done last week, and she is already seeing the difference.

I do not tell them on first interview because I feel it will deter them for the wrong reasons. If I get to final interview stage I do tell them. I do feel that I lost one awesome job due to disclosing the pg, because I would've been off during their most busy season. They then re-evaluated the job description and advertised for someone more senior. It was a real bummer cos I would really have enjoyed it there!

Thanks K slept a bit better last night, she woke just after 6am. DH was nice enough to get up and look after her till 6:40 when he had to start getting ready for work.

We have been doing some sleep training, but not in the traditional sense because we've realised (well hopefully DH is onboard now) that she will not fall asleep in her cot. So we do a very stringent routine of bath, story and bottle, bed starting between 7 & 7:30pm depending when we finish eating supper.
Once we stopped putting her down in the cot it got a lot easier. Now she lies down in ur arms the minute the lights go out. I tickle her back or tummy and sing lullaby's to her. Normally she'll be out after 20 minutes but sometimes she'll wriggle around so much then I go lie her on our bed and do the same and then she eventually passes out. I think as soon as she's in her own bed it'll be much better we can then put her in her bed and sit next to her doing the same thing. So I'm really looking forward to that! Cant believe that in 4 months time she'll be 2!

How are the TTC'ers doing? Klk I think of you often my friend xxx

A friend of mine went for her 9w scan today and found out baby was not living anymore, since 7 weeks. I feel so sad for her. And it brought back so memories as that's exactly what happened with our first LO. It still makes me paranoid this time around. I am 10 1/2 weeks now which is great, but part of me still doesnt feel pg and I am so scared to get to the gynae in 2 weeks to find out baby has died.
Guess its only normal?

First angel resting 25/06/2009 stayed with us a short 7 weeks but we still miss you.
