Kimika, my actual due date is 14th April, however due to the size of this alien I will not be able to deliver natural over 38w. So this Sunday we are going to try castor oil to bring baba on. I'm really hoping on a natural birth. Got another appointment tomorrow with Dr and will see what he says about weight etc.

Sorry for everyone else I'm missing out, and still half asleep here.

So girls Meags is in labour. Her DH is still sleeping! And she's having regular contractions - about 2-3 minutes apart! And they must still drive all the way to hospital!!! Silly girl and I'm trying to convince her to leave like in NOW!!!! So exciting!

well it depends...if baby engages at a better angle - there is hope that she wont get stuck!

back ache is getting worse and BH still anywhere from 2-5 minutes apart lasting 35-45 seconds. so its been and hour and a half. wish I knew what labour felt like so I could decide if this is it

maybe I should go finish packing the hospital bag just in case

As for the induction causing the moulding...
well if M was 'stuck' it sounds like you had CPD - cephalo pelvic disproportion (head to big for pelvis) - or baby enters pelvis at wrong angle, therefore it seems head is too big for natural birth.
CPD definitely causes moulding as the poor tot is trying it's hardest to get through the pelvis but it just isnt fitting!

so in short...the induction doesnt cause the moulding - but the induction does cause extra strong contractions, putting extra pressure on the baby to engage into the pelvis and if baby isnt fitting, then yes, there will be moulding
