Claire LOL my preggy brain is in action again - I thought it was Friday today!

Schatsie - Lucy is having Tessa tomorrow very early - I will come update as soon as I hear from Lucy because surgery is at 7h30

Meags oh WOOOOOOOOW, I'm SOOOO happy to hear that you are finally in labour!! I hope all goes well for you and that you get to have the birth you wanted, without it taking too long!!

And Lucy's having her C sec today too - so maybe we'll have 2 new babies today!! Good luck Lucy!! Your baby should be born by now - Claire any news??

Mistymom, the Gaviscon generic is Propan gel - about a quarter of the price, which is great cause I go through about 5 bottles in 2 weeks. I've been suffering so badly from the back and pelvis aches that I forget to complain about the never ending heartburn. At least I can take something for the heartburn! The only thing I can do for the backache is getting DH to give me a massage, which he does pretty much every day. And I can't do anything about the pelvis pains, except groan and scream when I turn in bed or get up.

Emsmom, I hope the castor oil etc. works on Sunday!!

AFM, loving the cool weather and only 6 more days of work, so I'm feeling happy! It's just extremely uncomfortable to even walk from my car to my office or the bathroom. Looking forward to just being able to sleep late and lie on my bed watching TV for 3 wks before Arno comes! Still hoping he might come a little early at 37 or 38 weeks tho...

I've now gained 10 kgs! Goodness knows how I went from only gaining 4 kgs in the first 6 months to another 6 in the last 2 months and especially since I really can't eat much since I always feel full and I don't really have an appetite.

Joli, those bath thingies work very well. I used my LBs until his bum started falling off at the bottom, LOL. And so cheap, which is a bonus.

All these babies, all of a sudden! So exciting; how will I get any work done???

MistyMom - that gift from your DH is really so special. Lucky girl. Can't wait to see your pics. Glad all is well with you and baby.

BettyF - ya I'm not sure whether it's colic or not, so I try not to give Callum anything. I never gave my girls anything, not even gripe water, but sjoe Callum is really misluk from 7 - 11 so now I just try to do everything before then. How you feeling today?

Faw - a bit of bleeding at the umbillical cord is normal, as long as it's not a lot of fresh blood. You need to massage the sore boob and let baby feed more often. Sit in a hot bath as well massaging your boob - I've spent one full day just clearing a blocked milk duct after Callum was born. With Megan I got breast infection and was admitted. Really painful! OK but now I see your boob is fine again - well if it happens again - you know what to do he he. Sorry about all the trouble you are going through.

Lucy - good luck! Can't wait! So nice and early in the morning.

Rakker - glad all is well and Yay on the babyshowers. You are so strong to put baby in his own room. I could never do that.

Schatsie - how are you? Love the belly pics

Kimika - go look at Truworths - they've got nice flowing tops. I bought one there when I was pregnant and I'm still wearing it - too lovely and you can wear nice skinny pants with a long top and high heel shoes - all glam! Good luck. I haven't had the guts to take Callum to the shops as yet.

Tazzy - I know the feeling. Callum wasn't planned, so definately also my last pregnancy. So I was extra sad when it ended early! So loved being preggars. Did you had the mirena put in? How was it? I need to make a plan. Hubby and I still did not BD after Callum's birth - we are too scared of another glipsie! Your baby girl is just too cute man. And I love your birth pics. Wish my DH took pics when I told him to!

Amy - Callum's cot is in our room (but he actually sleeps in our bed!). And I bath him in our bathroom - in the big bath on one of those bath thingies covered with material - they are about R80 at the baby shops. I don't like the kango one cause I don't like the thing between the legs - then you can't wash nicely there. See pic attached.

Em's Mom - when I had Kayla, the jabs were also really cheap - I don't know why they are so expensive now! How are you otherwise? So nice to have your family around.

AFM - Megan will be in the May Your Baby magazine - will come post the pics here . The other night we ran out of milk and Megan wanted milo so we used breastmilk - she drank it all without knowing off course .

Girls, it's so strange, you would think one is more protective over your first born, but I'm getting more paranoid the more kids I've got! I just can't take Callum out - I don't want people to touch him and pick him up etc. etc. Strange hey.

Kimika - wanted to tell you - and keep forgetting - I got a free Yeesh voucher. Remember the day we had the Moomie meeting and they called me back telling me I've never paid for the last cold drinks and then I paid - well when I got home I checked the slips and saw that I've paid twice! I did pay with the first slip and then they charged me again. So I complained and got a free voucher .

Well girls, I can't wait for next week for Callum's appointment - need to know how much he weights now!

Oh ya, Kayla started karate the beginning of this year, so last night was her grading - she did so well. She was on white belt and then you get 7 kiddy stripes and then yellow 1, so she skipped ALL the kiddy stripes and went straight to yellow 1!! How cool is that. Very proud of her.

Well, so are welcoming Meags baby, Meemo's baby, Lucy's baby and just maybe Anje's baby this week alone! Super!! Can't wait for all the birth pictures.

Amy - this is what I use to bath Callum on- used it with all my girls as well - easiest I think.

Kimika, since I had to go to the dr last week for the swelling of my hands and feet, my one appointment moved, so I have one on 28th, before my one on the 4th.

Can you also please add 4.4 kgs for Arno's weight on the guessing game?

Silly girl, indeed!!! Meags, first you couldn't wait and then you kept on waiting . So glad things are happening. Seems that emotional spell was a sign... Timing perfect in terms of your mom's arrival I think. Can't wait for the pics!!!
