hi ladies
Faw - definitely sounds like something is starting!!! If you go into labour who will take your son?? I remember once a lady came into hospital with her son. She was already 6cm dilated and baby was breech!! So I had to sit with her little boy until someone arrived to get him as she was rushed to theatre for emergency c-section. all the nurses were so rude to her saying "how can u bring your child here?" but what was she suppose to do???? her waters broke in Checkers!!!!
schatsie - yay please keep us updated if u hear anything from Faw! This is just so exciting

and yes, I cant believe my friend predicted baby to be 12 days late!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am quite happy to wait until his due date. but after that...I am not going to be a happy mommy! I feel so sorry for you with those pains...ah man it must be so sore!!! I think you should look into taking an extra week off. it's not nice being so sore as it makes enjoying the last bit of pregnancy really difficult!
Cath glad all is still so glowing in your life

just love each and every post you do. and congrats on getting the photo to work
Joli get studying!! May is around the corner!!! and good luck getting Megan to swimming. sometimes it is best to not make a big deal out of things. they feel pressurised!!
BettyF - yip you best get started for your little baby!!! Not long to go. and happy birthday for M yesterday and your DH today!
EmsMom that is so annoying about MIL wanting to discuss it still with FIL - is she waiting for baby to be born???? time is running out!!!! Glad Girly is able to help you out with a couple of things though in the meantime. And very strange no one got you nappies!!!!!! the one thing u really need a LOT of!
Lucy - EEKK!! dont go to home affairs today. imagine if your water breaks or something - no one there will be able to help!!! how are you feeling now??? are you cramping like pain or getting painful BH? (ok dunno if that even makes sense...When u get the cramps, is your tummy going hard at the same time or just cramping?)
Tazzy glad things are going so well with Amelia...now we want some more pics!!!!
Jessica how is Riley? how is the engorgement? Pics please!!!
Kimika glad your stitches are almost healed

thats fantastic. I wanted to ask - with the stitches - have you got pain there the whole time? or just for the first few days? Cos I am imagining this haemorrhoid problem post delivery PLUS stitches and thinking 'I really wont be able to walk at all - how will I care for a newborn?'
cant scroll down anymore...
Claire - hope all is well with you. 33 weeks today! I really cant believe you were so secretive for so long at the beginning

now you are SO close!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
well I still cant sleep. I dunno why, but the pain is worse when I lie down? weird... so I am totally exhausted.
Yesterday I finally finished the cot. put the wedge in, sheet protector, installed sensor mat (I am not convinced that works so well...)
moved all the rubbish out the room and moved the compactum downstairs (the spare one). packed a couple more things into the hospital bag. beginning to think I have too any bags...I have a toiletry bag, a labour bag (with PJ's, bra to wear for delivery, sweets, baby book for footprint - things like that) and then a small bag with all the clothing for me and baby. they are all small bags...but not sure I really need 3 individual bags? what are your thoughts?
I AM GOING TO WRITE THE BIRTH PLAN TODAY! I really must...
