Joli I'd love to tell you to take it easy but would be pot calling the kettle black. Sadly this time of year there is just SO much to do. But you must try rest as much as you can. Have fun making things with the girls today!

meags I think most people should just not comment on pregnant women at all. Just tell us we look lovely and are glowing and leave it at that!

Lucy, so cool with the hospital booking and the massage on the day you leave! How nice!! We just get the candle light dinner and DH gets to hoist a little flag in pink or blue.

Schatsie I cant belive that price, scary or what!! Which one did you go to? I got mine for R350 at the durbanville one and they had tons.

AFM, I had like 6 hours at shopping centers yesterday, and then had to cook a 3 course meal for 6 people. So my body is a little sore today. Cannot wait for our big scan tomorrow! So excited! And then its Christmas! Whoo Hoo!!

It is finally a bit cooler in CT - only 24 degrees instead of yesterday's 39 - how lovely!

Today it is only 4 months before our little miracle will be born (dr said my C-sec will be a week before my due date), so we're very excited!

Took some pics this morning since I'm finally starting to look pregnant and my waist is almost gone now, but didn't get any nice ones, so will try again tonight.

Before I forget again, I want to ask, when is a good time to go for another 4d scan? I did my last one at 13 wks, but we couldn't see much, so I don't want to go for another one unless it will be worth it. Any recommendations?

Had a lovely evening with hubby. He took me for sushi - loooovely and then I spent some time wrapping our Xmas gifts.

Oh Emsmom, I went to look for Tankinis at G Cup yesterday, but they only had one in my size and it was R1900!!! How insane is that? So I went to Donna Claire last night and managed to find a very nice red one for R380, which I'm very happy with. I also tried on bras at G Cup, and I kid you not, the woman gave me G and H cup bras, but they were the ugliest things I ever saw - I don't even think my great grandmother wore such bras in the first world war, so I decided to stick to my Carriwell bras for now. (and it reaffirmed my plans to have a boob job after baby!)

Thanks to the person (I forgot who now) who posted the UK nursingbras link - they look stunning and I'm definitely ordering some of those!!

Morning all!

Sorry not doing personals, just a quick update.
Saw my gynea yesterday and all is well with Kiana, he is still very happy. I think my little girl is going to have long legs cause with every scan her leg measures a week more than the other measurements
She weighs about 1.2kg now and is still very active!
Dr. wants to do my c-section as close to due date as possible (12 March) so she will be born on 7 March if all goes according to plan and she stays until then.

Hubby is on leave since yesterday afternoon! Yeah! So happy, now we can have some quality time before our visitors arrive.

I do have the doppler and I can hear he's alive! But he moves every day?????

Meags - Did you not get one of those dopplers? Perhaps the cold has made him hibernate!!
