Hello all. Sjoe I haven't been on here for ages.

Tazzy - I commented on FB, your girls are really just gorgeous.

Things are really crazy this side. I've resigned last week so I am offically self employed - it's really scary. We took all 3 the kids to the movies today. Callum got a bit restless into to the movie, and then fed and he watched a bit and then he had a big poo nappy so I needed to go change him and he was fine afterwards. I was so annoyed as there are no changing facilities at the cinema's loo's. We then went to Spur where he was an absolute angel.

Em's Mom - you are STILL so busy hey! I will never do 3 parties in one day, no ways!

Meags - I'm a bit lost on the tube to the boob - what EXACTLY do you need to do?? Gosh I would have given up long time ago if I had to go through all that effort seriously. Try to get Matt used to take a room temp bottle so you don't need to always warm up the milk - will make your life much easier. Can't wait to see you and Matt.

Kimika - you are brave! I try not to go anywhere with all my kids, unless DH is with and then it's like a very planned outing. And so early out the house is just not possible. What do you do with breastfeeding when you are so busy with baking and getting ready and all that? Do you top up with formula or do you feed in between? I really need to start expressing for the freezer - I've got no milk in the freezer so I just express each morning when I know I am going to go out - it's a bit risky as my milk supply is being affected so easily and some days Callum will be on the boob for most of the day as it seems there's not enough milk - it can get very exhausting really.

If anyone want some telament and colic drops - let me know - especially the jhb ladies that will go the meeting with Meags - I've got some here and I am not using it.

When should I start giving Callum water? I can't remember with the girls. I think we started quite early with Megan because it was so hot when she was born.

Meags hon, how did today go? I hope Mat is taking nicely to his bottle. I'm sure you are going to enjoy him so much more not that you've made a final choice.

Betty, so glad that you are feeling so much more mobile. And you know I'm also so past careing if people stare while I feed Kate.
Kate was alright, still a bit niggly, but I think the day got too much for her. Was very busy and we were out from 10am-9pm.
LOL, I also have those nights where I put Kate next to me to feed and wake up later and I cant remember if she's fed or not...

Cath, W sounds so cute! I cant wait to get coo's, I did get tons of smiles this morning - like 5am - my fault, I should have gotten her right back to sleep, but she was so cute and I wasn't sleepy

Scatsie, hope you enjoythe trip to visit the family, I hope that A is nice and calm for you.

Rakker, I've also had the crying moments when I have to punish Em, but I make sure to go to another room and cry, and then DH comes and holds me. Its hard, but I cant let her get away with being rude or naughty just cause I feel guilt about brining another baby into the home.

Lucy, the double day jabs are not fun! I think next time if they are out of stock of just the 1 shot I will come back when they have them all.
Glad you got some you time! Always nice. Kate can also get serious vocal with her number 2's... so funny!

So yesterday was busy, literally went from one 1 party directly to the next. but Kate just slept the entire time, and just woke for her feeds. But was a fun day. Got friends comeing round now now for lunch, so I'd better get going and sort the house out.

Well! After all my boasing w had a very unsettled day and after my worrying abiut im having three hour long naps durimg day thought u2 too muc he had no naps Omg what an exhausting da plusdh put back out we were at ciro hen he got gastro and w did not rest or more than te mins ten was ivertireed and needed to be held i am exhausted he slept then from seven finally up at nine thirty for bottle then again at four fifteen' hope he is more settled toda still not maor crying episode but i can see him geaing up for the when i put him down so just held him permanetly! tired!!!

Thanks everyone else for the comments on my decision.
So weird how there was only 1 day of full breastfeeding without a bottle and suddenly he's acting like he doesnt know how to drink from a bottle.....
Well once he gets going its ok. But it is taking a bit of a fight to get him to take the bottle.

Cath - unfortunately I am not sure we will ever have peaceful nice feeds! He doesnt seem to enjoy feeding for whatever reason....it is and has always been a bit of a fight...but at least once he's done, I get my 20-30 minutes of smiles which I was not getting from the BF!

DH had to take a colleague out to dinner and I decided I just cant be arsed to go. So I'm home with Matt. He as been awake for more than 2 hours and obviously just fallen asleep now 40 minutes before he's due for a feed Desperate to get some rest...still deciding if I wake him in 40 minutes and then I'm sure to get 4 hours following that...or leave him to wake on his own whenever that will be. But knowing my luck it will be like 5 minutes after I've fallen asleep!!

Meags I am very proud of you, for how long you persevered, for making sure M gets the best and for making this tough decision. I agree with Cath that maybe now is the time for the bottle and it seems you agree. I wish you many happy days with Matt.

Schatsie the car used to be the best way to get Tessa to sleep but it doesn't seen to be working so well any more, so your post made me jealous- LOL!

Well my update is T got another jab on friday that the clinic had run out of. Poor sausage was screaming from tummy cramps. I have to say that bennett 's colic remedy is the bomb. She seemed a lot better today and I got her down for two naps during the day. Whoop whoop what a treat. Dh also spent time with her when she wouldn't sleep, so I actually got some scrapping done. Loved it. I felt so much happier when I was with her again. Anyway my little lady has just done the biggest number 2 while feeding and I can feel it has leaked on to me. So off to wash baby and me. Oh and she was so cute when doing the number 2....kept shouting out almost like she was saying get out. So precious. I actually thought she would wake dh. Hee hee
