Got Matt to take the breast again. 4 minutes, burped, then another 5 minutes. DH didn't seem happy for me or anything so I asked him why. He said "well how long did he even feed for?". Sigh...he really doesn't get it. At least he latched and sucked!!!

ooo and I cant forget to say Happy Mothersday to all the mommies especially the ones who celebrated their very first Mothers day Hope you got spoilt and had a special day with your babas! xxx

Awww MIstymom your little boy is sooo cute!! I just loove his hairstyle in that one pic What I do with R before bath is to just give him a quick dash of milkies and then give him a bit of time-out for the milk to settle before bathing. They can really get upset if they are hungry or tired at bathtime. My oldest boy loved baths but screamed the moment we took him out of the water. R cries every time I put his vest over his head

Meags, wow sounds like you had a really fantastic night! Hope he keeps it up. And how super that he latched!!! 4mins is a long time So maybe he will settle into bfeeding after all?? Fingers crossed friend! As for the swaddling, once again, my first boy was the same.. I had to swaddle because if his arms moved he would be wide awake! But at a certain time they manage to get their hands out no matter how well you swaddle.. R is there now but it doesnt wake him up but his little hands are icy when I pick him up. Maybe keep him swaddled at night and then during the day you start having him sleep unswaddled.

Betty, ahhh man.. you have such an abosolutely gorgeously pretty little girl! Her features are too precious! Who does she look like??

Sorry girls, I saw now the update list is wayyyy behind!! I actually now dont have all the baba's birth -dates and weight etc.. sowwyy! For those who I havent updated, pls wont you just post it again so I can finish our list.

Reuben had a stuffy nose last night and again late this pm.. I seriously hope he hasnt got my cold from me. Also he is extremely windy so I guess the soup yesterday did have too much onions in? So my little boy did not have his best day ever.. but he did a small poop just before bathtime and then was back to his smiley self. What can one give such a tiny baba when they have a cold? I only have Illiaden pediatric spray.

Happy Mother's Day ladies!

Matt fed at 10pm and only woke again at 4:40am for a feed! yay! but we were out and so he kept getting disturbed in and out the car and we only went to sleep around 1:45. Then he woke again at 8am (DH did feed - pity I had to pump or I could have slept!) Then he slept from 9:20-10. I re-settled him and he slept until midday!! So we got a nice lie in.

I got a Pandora charm for my bracelet from DH and Matt for mother's day. At least he did something right!

oh yes Cath I am unfortunately in CT around 6th July for about 5 nights!!!
