Annie, so sorry to hear about AF arriving. In my very unexperienced opinion I also think you should give AI another go before considering IVF, because it seems that timing was more of an issue. Reading your story made me think that maybe you should consider charting (bbt and cm) in your next AI cycle as a way to prove when ov is about to happen. It surely helped me understand things a lot better. Let me know if you'd like some pointers. Otherwise maybe they can do an LH bloodtest around CD12 - 14 (when you think that ov is about to happen) just to see/prove that you're right.

Bloods confirmed just now around 4 weeks. I have a weird burning feeling in my tummy, had it for quite a while together with heartburn and lots of bloatedness. Hope its nothing serious and just some acid. Hubby wants me to go to a specialist or someone to check it out, but not sure what they can do at this stage.

Not great news my side... BFN
AF arrived right on schedule this morning... CD26

I am now more than ever convinced they are totally missing my Ovulation and doing the AI too late. My cycles are never longer than 28days and they keep doing AI on CD16, when I can feel my body ovulating CD12-14.
All so confusing.

Called them this morning, going to take a break this cycle, then I have an appointment with them 11 June. They want to go straight to IVF now, but I want to try at least another 2 AI's.
Ag, so disappointing.

MommyMe... still so happy for you... keeping you in my prayers... let us know what blood test say. How are you feeling? Symptoms coming on strong yet?
