Also very glad that the dr is so thorough and I agree, go back to him at 20 weeks so that he can check every tiny detail again.

Hi TCS84, congrats! It is awesome that you could see the sex so early, I can't wait and I still have a long way to go, I am only 6 weeks now! Had my first scan yesterday and all is well and the little heart is beating away! What other preggy symptoms are you having, if it wasn't for the scan yesterday and FS's confirmation I would never have thought that I am expecting, no symptoms what so ever! Have a nice day!

Hi Ladies

My appointment with the fetal specialist went very well!!! He thoroughly checked the heart and its 100% okay.
He is sooooo thorough and checked everything in detail.
My risk for downs and all the rest is also very very low.

I will see him again at 20 weeks to be certain. Its not compulsory but he said if i want to, he will be happy to see me again.
I think for peace of mind i will see him. will also see the paed cardiologist aswell in a few weeks.

He also told us the sex of the baby and im only 12 weeks!!! so we are batting for the BLUE team .... its a Boy

How are you ladies doing?? I miss you all... constantly think of you!!

Morgan i am very excited for you!!! IUI is going to work... and plz dont put pressure on yoursefl and think about the BFN yet and all that... take each day as it comes.
i know its easier said than done,

quick story that may make u feel positive.

a fam member battled to fall preg for about 2 and half years. they tried meds, IUI's etc and nothing worked. eventually went to Belgium and got treatment there... did 2 IUI and failed. ( u know belgium is fert hub of the world) anyway they started IVF. first 1 failed and last week th 2nd one she got BFP!!!! after like 3 years or more of trying.. they just kept going... it was a journey but they finally did it...
so please be positive and keep the faith . there is nothing wrong with you and all you need is for a cycle to work which it will!!!!!



i have not told anyone except our folks and siblings and 1 uncle and aunt who have been on this journey with me. he is a Dr so he has been a tremendous support and help in so many ways... next week after the foetal specialtist scan i will tell whomever else... keep lips sealed for now!

few guys at work know as well. they cud see my tummy pop lol and asked... didnt wana lie to them ...

I don't know how you do it!! I swear, I was just sitting here thinking that I won't be able to skip lunch today because then I'll so hungry come tonight.......

I am currently CD 25 so AF should come this week. Then it's femara tabs (one in the morning and one at night) CD 5 - 9, have to see gynae again CD 12 / 13 to check whether the eggs (I said eggs on purpose ) are big enough and if they are to get hcg trigger shot.

Then, CD 14 / 15 have to go back to gynae at 07:00 (OMW, that means that hubby and I have to leave home at 05:30 the LATEST!!) and then have the swimmers collected. They will then be washed and at around 10:00 it's time for IUI !!!

Very thrilled and excited but also scared. I want this to work so badly, it's just not funny anymore. We've been at it since December 2013 so ja.... I feel that it's my time now. Don't think I'll be able to cope with another BFN, I really don't think I will.

So, am staying positive because I really, really hope and pray that this is our cycle for a BFP.

So very glad that you and the bean are ok. I bet you can't wait to be past the 12 week period. Have you told anyone else about BFP?

Morgan i am doing well thank you... 11 weeks today! holding thumbs for the next week and for the big appointment next Tuesday...

i have no appetite! i dont want to eat chicken at all... can handle red meat but in small bits.. eating veg but tired of it... i absolutely love food so this is seriously hard for me lol.. but i eat for nourishment for my bean... and take my multivit...

how are you doing?? whens the next DR's app or whats the latest at the moment?

A good friend of mine took 2.5 mg fertomid CD 5 - 9 and conceived on it first time too. The stuff really does work, sometimes your body just needs a little boost.

TCS - how have you been? Everything still going well with you and the bean?
