I really wouldn't but my heart on that bloodtest - it is really early, implantation have probably not even taken place yet. So remember, if it isn't positive tomorrow, it doesn't mean you are not pregnant. I tested positive with the HPT and a blood test at 4 weeks, however, some women never test positive with an HPT and test only positive with a blood test later in pregnancy (6 weeks +).

So just redo a test after your period was due and we will all be holding thumbs that you get a positive result!

Hi Anzel, I tested positive at 5 weeks with a blood test done by my doctor. Not sure how early they can pick it up that way, but Im sure your doctor wont do the test if it is too early? Not sure. My main symptom during my entire pregnancy - heartburn - started even before I knew I was pregnant, so I would say between 3 and 4 weeks pregnant. I was also tired, but I can't remember when that started.

I am not pregnant (That I know of), but I have a question.

I went for a gynae checkup yesterday on CD 19, 5DPO, and he picked up something. He said it is either a cyst or very very early pregnancy - he saw a black circle on ultrasound on my left side. He is sending for for a beta HCG and progesterone test tomorrow (CD 21).

My question is this: Would it be possible to pick up a pregnancy via a beta test so early? I mean, I would probably only be three weeks pregnant, if I was indeed pregant? How does progesterone levels correspond? I was on 100mg Fertomid this cycle, so it may be that the meds caused the cyst. I have been experiencing nausea, extreme fatigue and dizzines since earlier this week, but apparently that can also be symptoms of the cyst?

Did any of you get a positive beta test so early in your cycle?

Yes good plan. We also don't really have a set plan but we're thinking from August onwards... but right now I'm just stressing about my lack of period lol

No set time for wanting to fall preggers. But i knew pill would take a while to work out my system, so just getting hormones good and ready
