@ilse I have very much the same concerns that you do, I didn't really have a tough pregnancy, but I had severe morning sickness up until 20 weeks. Frightens me to think that I may not be able to look after my daughter properly during this time. How was your first pregnancy tough?

They say 1 child feels like 1 child, 2 kids feel like 20. This intimidates me too.

I worry about it from a financial point of view, too.

Trust me, the country bugs me too, have considered going overseas, but just can't imagine leaving my family here

Shame, poor baby. And shame, the second child won't have a choice but to share us with their siblings from day 1.

We're also thinking around August! My son still breastfeed's and I'm trying to slowly wean him. Bu doesn't seem to like this idea lol so I'm not sure if he's ready to share me

Yes, I have quite a few.

1) i had a very difficult and crappy pregnancy, if I just start thinking about it I really don't want to do it a second time.
2) I barely have time for anything now, I think it will be challenging with two.
3) I'm really worried about the state of all affairs in this country.

If we started trying in July, our daughter will be 1 year old, so don't know if it's too early to start trying for a second baby.

Do you ladies have any concerns?

We are thinking of starting our second journey around August or so, there will then be a 24+ months gap between the two.
