Gemmer koekies (lewer 20 dosyn)

500ml Goue stroop
450gr Botter
2 eiers
50ml asyn
50ml fyn gemmer
15ml kaneel
5ml fyn kruie naeltjies
400gr ligte bruin suiker
8x 250ml ongesifte koekmeel
30gr koeksoda
10ml sout
Metode

1. Smelt botter in microgolf oond.
2. Meng stroop , botter, eiers, asyn, gemmer, kaneel en naeltjies saam
3. Sif koekmeel, koeksoda en sout saam.
4. Roer die suiker by die meel mengsel
5. Roer die stroopmengsel by die meelmengsel tot goed gemeng
6. Bedek en verkoel oornag of 2 ure.

Verhit jou oond to 200ºC

Jou deeg sal redelik hard wees. N breek stukkies af en knie to dit sag genoeg is om te rol
Druk vorms uit en bak vir 12 min of mooi bruin op middelste rak


Nb: EK BAK MYNE SOMMER IN MY GEWONE OOND PAN. EK SMEER NOOIT MY PAN NIE AANGESIEN DIE BOTTER WAT IN DIE MENGSEL IS GENOEG IS DAT DIT NIE VAS SIT NIE. AS EK DIE PAN SMEER WORD DIE KOEKIES BAIE DONKER ONDER

Dec '11 150mg Fertomid: No Follicles 46 day cycle
Feb '12 Femara and Glucophage: OV'ed BFN
March '12 Femara and Glucophage: OV'ed BFN
April '12 Femara and Glucophage: BFP!!!!
21 Jan 2013 Birth of my little girl, Anja.

Jan 2014: Informaly starting to try for nr 2. No Medication... Just enjoying the journey for now.
