It's a sticky situation to be in and with women if your man wants to have sex with you it fulfills your needs but it also makes you feel wanted - so I can understand your frustrated and not happy! he really just isnt interested in sex. and he cant understand what the problem is as he says he cuddles me and gives me lots of attention and takes me on holidays and for dinners etc...

but honestly, to me, sex makes a relationship different from a friendship.

AFM: Still have the heavy feeling down under but not as crampy anymore, so don't know what to make of it. I did test yesterday, I know I know POAS addict BUT I did it at 8dpiui to make sure the HCG shot is out of my system from last week, and there was a line so light I couldn't even see it had to hold it up against window. When I checked again after half an hour was a little bit darker but I know that this was probably an evap line. So not sure if it's still from HCG shot or if it's good news, we'll have to wait and see. I'm contemplating POAS on Wednesday again.....naughty naughty...!

Meags - I know my DH from school, we were high school sweethearts and then broke up and 7 years ago we got back together (we were 23 at that stage). We moved in together a year after that and after a year of living together I was already ready for marriage and a baby and trust me, we had some tiffs about that. BUT, what I realised through my experience with DH, men work on different time frames then we do. They want financial security, a house, a proper job, want to be married for at least a year etc etc before they even start thinking about babies. 99% of men have this number in their heads, like, I'll be married and want a baby by the time I'm 30 etc, and as soon as you throw a spanner in the works with "maybe we should consider having a baby"they get all shocked and strange as your messing with their plan If I can give you advice from what I've learned, I learned I was still young and my DH and my relationship was way important to me then anything else and I rather waited until he was ready, and to be honest, I don't think I was actually ready for baba five years back! I'm glad we waited, even though I have to do IUI etc now So my point I'm trying to make, LOL, talk it through, consider both of your point of view and resolve it now - good luck hun!

Meags, shame man you really sound down about this whole issue. What Firefly said does make a lot of sense... he is going to get used to the idea of you wanting a baby and Im sure by the time you do fall preggie he will accept it. All I know is from the other side that as soon as I feel pressure to bd then the expectation of it makes me not want to do it Its horrible to be like that and Im sure your hubby would love to want to have sex all the time.. maybe the meds really do have a bigger effect on him than you realise? My SILs hubby also has a very stressfull job (accountant) and extreme deadlines every month to meet and she also complains that he is always too stressed or tired to be in the mood. But then the guys should take some off-time to relax and just *be* with their spouses..

AFM: Woohoo I got O at Cd 17.. It couldve been better but atleast it was not CD18 or 19 as I thought it would be. But that kinda rules me out again for this month.
