Feeding your baby BLW style

B also has these times where she doesn't want to sit still. We usually just let her go play with something in her hand, before long she returns for another piece and actually eats more than she would have if we had forced her to stay in her chair

If I was sitting in front of him like I always did and trying to coax him into taking food in he would just turn away, get irritated and try climb out. Mostly our feeding would involve me running around the house behind him trying to get a spoonful of food into his mouth. Believe me it all started well enough when he started food but from about 11 months it all went south. It's the same with sleeping, from a certain age babies don't want to be rocked to sleep so they fight it, problem is they actually have no idea how to self sooth and get themselves off to sleep that is the problem.

Now that to me is the face of a little boy in charge of what he's eating, love it! No mealtime battles

i make it at least once a week. and because amanda eats with i dont make it strong. will try next week and see what loli thinks
